The Space:

Discover Villa Moderna, a stunning home in Central Scottsdale, designed for ultimate relaxation and entertainment. Outside, you'll find a brand-new pool with a swim-up bar and water slide, alongside a spacious hot tub. The entertainer's kitchen opens to the outdoor grilling area, making it easy to host family and friends. Inside, Villa Moderna features seven well-appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms.

Pool heat is a separate charge and is applied to the entire stay. Please specify if you would like this added when booking so we can schedule it for your stay.



There is a charge for early check-in and late check-out. This has to be approved by management first.



Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.



Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.



We require a Damage Deposit of $1000 for all local guests. This will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages that the renter is liable for.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, with a low density compared with denser urban centers. The neighborhood contains a mix of older stablished single family homes (often built in the '70s and '80s) and newer remodels. You can take a 15 minutes walk to Sereno Park and enjoy its amenities.

Roads & Driving

This house is located near to major arterials like Shea Boulevard, Sweetwater, Bell Road and Tatum Boulevard. These are your main connectors to shopping, freeways, etc.

The nearest freeway is Loop 101(Pima Freeway). That gives you good access to Phoenix, Tempe and other parts of the metro.



Public Transit & Rideshare:

- Rideshare (Waymo/Uber/Lyft) are plentiful and convenient in the area.

- Valley Metro and public transit operate across the Valley; however, North Scottsdale is not heavily served by the railway.



Walking & Biking:

- Local neighborhood streets are accessible and walkable.

Q. How far is the home from Old Town?

A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is in the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in the Old Town area are condos or resort-style hotels.



Q. How far is the home from the Airport?

A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 20 to 30 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you fly privately into Scottsdale Airport, you are only about 10 minutes away.



Q. How does the pool heat work?

A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.



Q. Are there restaurants nearby?

A. Yes, Scottsdale is a big city and There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping all around within a short distance.



Q. Early check-in or late check-out?

A. Check-in and out time is set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to prepare the house for the next guest. If you request either an early check-in or late check-out, fees may apply. Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.
