We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their excellent communication and hospitality made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

We loved this property! It was a great location near to all we wanted to see with plenty of room for 6 people. We had gorgeous weather and enjoyed the lovely pool/patio space when not sight-seeing. I think the kitchen/dining area is a bit small for big dinners at home, but fine for us as we ate out most evenings.

I would never suggest anyone stay at this home. It is a very sketchy part of town. The second night we were there. There were shots fired, and a police drone went over top of the house. I had paid extra and sent at least three messages asking that the pool be heated and paid additionally for that only to get there and the pool temperature was freezing. There are video cameras all over the backyard which in the state of Florida is illegal you cannot without a two person consent videotape people so you were monitored the entire time you were there. There was no fire pit. They say that they have a pool and a spa, but there is no hot tub. It’s just a pool and it was freezing cold didn’t even get warm until the second day. They had a bee’s nest out by the pool house and the mosquitoes in that backyard made it unbearable to be outside after dusk. The side pool jets I asked repeatedly how to turn them on because that’s their main photo and that information came to me hours before we left so we didn’t have that element in the backyard either. And quite honestly, the host didn’t care less about all the issues that we were having in that backyard. VRBO says that if you get somewhere and it’s not as you expected that they will get you another place. Well, they didn’t even return my call and I spent hours on the phone with them. Terrible experience.

Regarding the neighborhood concern, we were not made aware of nor have we received any verified reports of the incident mentioned during your stay. Guest safety is extremely important to us, and we would have immediately taken action had we been notified. We’d also like to note that all amenities—including details about the pool, spa features, and property setup—are outlined in the listing description to ensure transparency for our guests. That said, we regret that your experience fell short and appreciate you sharing your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve.
