The Space:
Step inside this charming studio tiny home and discover a thoughtfully designed space perfect for a relaxing getaway. The open-plan layout maximizes functionality, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The main living area features a comfortable seating arrangement and a large window that offers natural light and views of the serene waterfront. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, stove, and mini fridge. You'll also find a coffee maker to help you kick start your day and a toaster for your morning bread. The sleeping loft (accessible by ladder) offers a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Step outside onto the private patio and enjoy the BBQ grill, perfect for preparing delicious meals. You might also find outdoor seating to enjoy your food. The entire space is designed to provide a tranquil retreat with modern amenities, creating a memorable experience. Enjoy a private entrance and relax in your own space. You can also find a bathroom with all the necessary facilities.

Take note that the loft sleeping area IS ONLY ACCESSIBLE VIA LADDER. If you book, just make sure you are capable of navigating it.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire studio tiny home, ensuring complete privacy and a personal retreat. This includes the living area, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy sleeping area. Step outside onto the private patio where you can enjoy the BBQ grill. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the waterfront setting and the garden. A private entrance ensures a seamless experience.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled comfortably on the outskirts of Nixa, Missouri, your tiny home offers a peaceful escape while still being conveniently located to local amenities. A short drive will take you to a variety of dining options, from casual eateries to family-friendly restaurants. You'll also find grocery stores and shops for all your needs within a few minutes. For those seeking outdoor activities, several parks and recreational areas are easily accessible, offering opportunities for hiking, biking, and enjoying the natural beauty of the Ozarks. The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere and convenient access to everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Getting Around:
Campo de Batalla is located at 1600 N. Nicholas St., Nixa, Missouri. Because it is brand new, mapping programs are not perfect. Most of them will pinpoint it about 200 ft further south than the actual entrance. You can identify the entrance by the wooden gateway. There are keypads both at the entrance gate and on the cabin's front door. Codes will be sent prior to check-in.

For enhanced safety and property protection, we've partnered with Superhog - Know Your Guest. You will need to complete the guest screening process before your arrival. A link will be sent to you shortly after you book. CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
