Niché dans un cadre privé et paisible offrant de belles vues sur le lac Blanc et le canal de bateau en toutes saisons. Moins de 0. 3 mile à pied du lac Michigan offrant une plage d'accÚs public. Lancement de bateau à White Lake juste à gauche de la propriété! Ce grand plan d'étage ouvert récemment rénové offre beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur pour accueillir les invités. Détendez-vous sur l'un des 2 grands ponts et admirez la vue sur le lac. Ce n'est pas seulement une location. Ceci est notre chalet familial et est entretenu et soigné par les propriétaires.

Great location. We easily carried our kayaks down to the waters of Lake White. Lake Michigan and the beach were a beautiful walk away. Loved watching the late evening sun go down across Lake Michigan. Our rental was visited by deer, black squirrels, green heron, red-headed woodpeckers and one bald eagle. Checkout the nearby Channel Inn for dinner.

This is our 3rd summer staying at the house. We enjoy the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, great views and easy on foot access to White Lake and Lake Michigan. The owners are very responsive and professional. There is a herd of deer in the lake area and we really enjoyed watching them wander around the yard and through the woods. It's peaceful and just the right amount of lake activity (boats, fisherman) to make it fun to watch from the deck(s). Very quiet location. Pictures match the house, it's very nicely decorated and comfortable.

Wonderful House and Location

Brought my grandson back to the area where I grew up, and this home offered us the perfect location near the water, and easy access to town. The house had all we needed to make our stay the best it could be! Would highly recommend, and hope to get back there one day!

Perfect RnR

Our second year here, and we came back for a reason- it's perfect! Great place, great view of the channel and lighthouse, short walk to perfect Lake Mich beach and pier, and every kind of activity you could want in the area. See you next year!

A Perfect Week!

The property and amenities were everything the listing showed and said, and more! We were expecting it to be nice, and the ease of access to Lake Michigan beaches, the chanel, and White Lake at least manageabke, but it was actually as if they were our front yard...yet without any crowds ir commotion in our frint yard. Absolutely perfect for whatever vibe a particular family member was seeking.

Perfect Space and Location

We visit the Montague area every year and this house was perfect for our stay. We had two families at the house and there was plenty of room for the four adults and three children, plenty of towels for the beach, and a great space for cooking our meals. The location was great for walking up the pier and for getting to our favorite beach

Family weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. The rental was clean and well stocked, and there was plenty of space for six adults. The location was perfect with easy access to the water/beach. The kayaks were a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

2nd Summer vacation stay

This is our second summer staying at this house. We love the location, the amenities, and the beautiful views. We really appreciated the new gas grill and the continued availability of the five kayaks and two standup paddle boards. Our weather was great and we were able to be on the water and on the beach almost every day. The pictures online are exactly what you get – very comfortable and the host is extremely responsive and timely. We have already booked our 3rd stay for summer 2025. It’s a great property and we are very fortunate to have found it.

Perfect place for us!

Traveling to Whitehall/Montague to visit the White River Light Station with my baby grandson whose great great great great grandfather was Captain William Robinson. We could SEE the lighthouse from the balcony of our VRBO. What a view! Very comfortable and fun place for 6 adults, 2 children and 1 infant to stay. Loved the beach close by too. Couldn't have asked for a better place.

Beautiful Home with close access to the lakes

The house is well taken care of with modern amenities. The owner is very responsive, and friendly. Just a 5 minute walk to a wonderful Lake Michigan beach. You can watch boats go in and out of the channel, and see the deer play in the yard, all from the comfort of the balcony. Very quiet and private location. There is also a boat launch a few hundred feet down the road, if you wanted to bring your boat. My family had a wonderful vacation here.

Spacious, Relaxing, Vaca

This is a beautiful home, very spacious and accommodating. Everything you need for a perfect vacation. We brought our kayaks but, we didn’t even need to do that. We loved watching the boats make their way back and forth. It’s close enough to walk to the causeway. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed having a campfire each night, as well as seeing the abundance of deer on and around the property. The dumb waiter was a blessing since we brought 3 coolers of groceries with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hosts, fabulous Memorial Day weekend!

Everything about this property was beautiful, inside and out. The layout of the home was great for a large family with teenagers (kitchen on top floor with great views, bedrooms & bathroom on main level, and basement full of fun activities) and we loved that it was within walking distance to the beach and boat launch. The home had everything we needed to cook and the water from the tap tasted better than any VRBO we've ever stayed in. Every detail was thoughtful...the decorating was very sweet. I appreciated the guest book with helpful hints. Easy access to local dining, shopping, beaches/parks etc. We ate at Old Channel Inn (2 minute drive or a quick bike ride away) then went to the Muskegon Farmers Market, Silversides, and an Aquastar boat tour in Muskegon. I would love to visit the area again and go to the Montague farmers market and visit the local antique stores and garage sales. Would definitely book this property again! Thank you Eric & Roni!!

Wonderful stay for family fall break

This property was perfect for our family's annual fall break. The house was spacious and very clean, only a short walk from the shore of Lake Michigan. Hosts were very friendly and responsive, and we'd definitely return again!

So glad we chose to stay here. The home was great and the view was even better in person. We only had one issue which was with the grills. They were both a bit rusty.

Peaceful, comfortable & well designed

We have family in Montague & Whitehall and are familiar with the area. This home is a stone’s throw from the Montague side of channel (you can see the channel from the house) & also Lake Michigan. We especially loved the upper deck to watch the boats. While you can’t see Lake Michigan from the property, it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. The location is superb for watching the channel activities, enjoying the deer in the woods behind & to the north of the home, and walking to the beach for sunsets. Every thing we needed was there-we used the kayaks and that was a great activity as you just put in at the boat ramp 60 seconds away. We really appreciated the superb Wi-Fi in this home. We had no issues with streaming, video calls, and quick on line access. While our cellular service was not great anywhere in the area, the Wi-Fi at the house was fantastic. In fact, there are two networks in the home that you can connect to & we were able to “work from home” and enjoy the views out the large kitchen windows and open concept of the upper floor. The pictures on the listing are 100% accurate of the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our nine nights, and if we are able to return to Montague next summer, will be rebooking this property because of its location, views of the water, beautiful decor, open concept layout, strong Wi-Fi, and all the comforts of a lake/beach home.

Nicest VRBO at White Lake!

Holy Moly ! This home is impeccable decorated! It’s just stunning! Every single thing in it is so well thought out.it’s spotless clean. Plenty of towels, soaps, dishwasher detergent, coffee creamer
 the things most VRBOs nice you just 3 of. You can walk to Lake Mich for the sunset or sit around their fire pit at nigh. Each bedroom and bathroom were designed beautifully. And we loved the deck couch/chairs we could sit on and watch the boats go thru the channel. It was an incredible stay! I highly recommend.

Lovely property in great location

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely holiday home which is beautifully decorated and well equipped. There is easy access to the lake and our family was able to try out the canoes and paddle boards provided along with life jackets. There are also cycles, table football and ping pong in the basement which were also enjoyed. This was the second week of our trip to the USA and Roni & Eric were very accommodating when we enquired about the possibility of earlier access to their property when we had to leave our prior nearby holiday home across the lake early on switchover day. They also left us a well stocked welcome basket on arrival. We will have fond memories of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roni & Eric and their beautiful holiday home.

Fantastic Stay

We had an amazing trip to this beautiful home! The house is extremely clean and has a great view of White Lake. There are many touches that make it feel so comfortable to stay there. The kitchen is stocked for any cooking you would like to do. The owners were very kind and quick to communicate at any time after we booked. I would highly recommend renting this home!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The search began from South Haven, North up the Lake Michigan shore. We stumbled onto this place and knew before even seeing it in person, this place was the one that we could have a forever family cottage. The home and property checked all the boxes that we were looking for and so much more. The feeling you get when you sit up on the decks and look out over the water is indescribable. We had very little knowledge of the area when we purchased but learned quickly why it was so popular. The area has that sense of community and small town feel. There is plenty to do while you're there, however anytime we get a chance to stay I never want to leave the property! It is so peaceful and secluded!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Unique to the other homes near there is the home is tucked into the woods. You have to look hard through the trees in the summer time to see any other home. The 2 decks in front of the home offer spectacular views. The upper level of the home is the main living area which makes sense to have the best views while your awake during the day. The entry first level is where the bedrooms are. It is feet away from White Lake and 1/2 mile to Lake Michigan and the channel. If you stand to the far left you can even see the waves on Lake Michigan. The location is perfect to take advantage of both lakes. In the fall there are so many trees that offer all the colors of autumn. In the Winter the views get even better as the leaves begin to fall from the surrounding area, opening up your sight lines.
