These are three NEW separated apartments in same house. Its great for bigger groupe of people (10-16).

Apartments are NEW (we rebuilt house this year), you can rent them separately.
House is situated near bus station for Zrce Beach with great view on the sea.
It has beautiful garden with a lot of trees, barbecue, table tennis etc.
City beach is on 10min walk.

For bigger groups(>10), and longer stay ( >10 days) DISCOUNT is possible

ok, about location. House is on little hill with grat view on the see. To te best city beach you have 10 min by foot, and to city center about 15 min. Great thing is that you have bus station for Zrće 2 min from the house.
About apartments. It is familly vacation house. House is separated in a few apartments. We are renting 3 of them which are one next to the other. 2 on a first floor and one on the ground floor. 2 of them are for 4 perons, and one is for 6. If you are comming with a car you have free parking place. In the aparment there is air conditioner, WI FI, balkony, kitchen, and everything you need for your vacation. Al three apartmetns together are 125 meter qare.
You can have predrinks in apatment but I would kindly ask you not to party to late hours in the apartment. I will show you great places to go for predrink and to go out if you want to.
It is FORBIDEN TO SMOKE inside. You can smoke on the balcony. Only rule that is strickt.
Deposit of 10% is obligated and you will get it back on the leaving day when we check that everithing is ok.
This rule is because this is first season that we are renting since we rebult house last year. So you will be one of the first people who will be in those apartmetns. Most o the things are totaly new and never used before.
On some dates I am on vacation with my parents and family, in other apartments of house so you will not have access to garden. But with beach and all other activities in Novalja and on Zrće you do not need it :P
Since I will be there you can ask me anything at anytime if you will need somthing for help. If there wont be anyone except you, you can use garden barbecure and everithing else :)
I hope you will come to Novalje because it is the best summer Location in whole mediteranium.

Apartments with balcony. If me and my familly wont be at that time in house you can also use garden.

Guests are obligate to leave 200€ of security deposit at arrival and will be given to them at their leaving day. In case of big reservation deposit is 10% of ful amount.

Don't trow any garbage to the toilete (only toilet paper)
No paries (hanging out until 23:30)(URL HIDDEN)after 23:30 go to the beach, Zrće or to sleep(URL HIDDEN) - from 23:30 – 7:00 SILENCE
