We have booked several condos in the 700-1000 per night range in the past, and this one was disappointing. The Good: Condo was large with the three bedrooms. Lots of pots and pans, coffee mugs and silverware for cooking. Convenient to the metro subway stations (Green line was 3 blocks to the east with stops at Grand Central Station ; Red Line was 2-3 blocks to the west with stops at Penn Station and Times Square). The Bad: Both sinks in the bathrooms were clogged. We found dirty socks under two of the beds. Most of the remote controls for the TV's and AC wall units had either one or no batteries. Only partial rolls of toilet paper were in the bathrooms. Hand soap bottles in both bathrooms had very little soap in them. Two bath towels in the master bedroom were nice and clean. But the two bath towels in the other bedrooms still had hairs on them, so we went ahead and washed all of the bath towels. No hand towels or wash cloths. No cleaning supplies either. Description stated that the condo had a hair dryer, but we looked everywhere for it and never found one. We asked the owner if they had one, and they said keep looking. We told them there was not a hair dryer, and we never heard back from them. Our train got in at 2:30 and we asked them if we could maybe check in early, and never got a response. Pictures show both drip coffee maker and Keurig, but only Keurig was in unit, with only 2 coffee pods. Washing machine leaked water, and floor was always wet.
