The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Gather all used sheets / pillowcases & towels and place in Red Laundry bags located in the closet in the MBR.
Upon departure, put the Red bags in the hall in front of the unit door. Lock the door.
Remove all trash in the kitchen and the bathrooms and toss in receptacle unit down the hall.
Place the key fob in the baseball glove bowl upon departure, lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
