Welcome to your home away from home in central St. John’s, Newfoundland! This beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom upscale family home is located on a quiet, mature street in an area affectionately known as “The Heights”—named for its elevated position in the city. Just a 20-minute walk to downtown, and a 10-minute or less drive to top destinations like the Health Sciences Centre, Avalon Mall, Bowering Park, and major Summer Games venues, this location offers both convenience and tranquility.

The home features a spacious and functional layout perfect for families, professionals, or visiting groups. The main floor includes a queen bedroom, full bath, a bright living room, formal dining area, and cozy den—ideal for relaxing or working remotely. Downstairs, you’ll find a second queen bedroom, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and an additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

With multiple living spaces, including a fully finished basement family room, there’s room for everyone to unwind in comfort. The large, south-facing backyard is fully fenced and includes a generous deck for outdoor dining and relaxation. Additional amenities include parking for two vehicles, a security system, enhanced TV channels, Netflix, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all utilities included.
