Visiting St. John’s with a group? Only a 10 minute drive from the airport, this home has an amazing location. Just footsteps from the front door has you in the heart of downtown, surrounded by history and character. Come explore all the city has to offer, incredible local artists, shopping, fine dining, breweries, the East Coast Walking Trail and Cabot Tower. Features include 4 bright and cozy bedrooms, a private patio and fenced backyard with ample outdoor dining furniture.

As the property managers of the house we are available 24/7 for any questions or issues. You may reach us through Airbnb, text or calling. If something is urgent the best way to reach us is calling.

We had a great stay during our visit to St. John's. Great location - walking distance to so many things we wanted to see and great restaurants nearby. The parking pass was a great bonus and we had no trouble finding parking on the street in front of the house.

Fantastic rental, close to dining and ntertainment on Water/George/Duckworth streets. Be advised it's in a historic district, so not recommended for people with mobility challenges.

location, location, location!This place is only blocks from george and water street! It is very hilly so walking can be challenging to seniors. Included were 2 street parking passes for the car. Place is very clean. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, coffee in the cupboard. no airconditioning which was brutal in 35. Fans for each of the bedrooms. Large windows in each bedroom and living area and the stairway to allow airflow. One screen was missing on the main level and the clips were broken or missing in the stairwell allowing the screen to blow in and off the window frame. An extra half bathroom made in the closet on the main level was a very great idea! A beautiful outdoor space with very quiet neighbors. I wish we had a few end tables outdoors and that we had a power cord to atach the fence lights to illuminate them. Furnishings inside were very nice. Appliances were older in the kitchen, the oven was not working. Airfryer was a saviour! I would recommend a nylon spatula for the teflon pans as to not scratch them. the street in front was very busy with traffic going to the downtown and police on 2 nights. We had our windows open so we could hear otherwise could not hear the nightlife. garbage and recycling instructions on the fridge. The cleaner had left a full load of clean towels in the dryer and the recycling was still in the bin under the inside cupboard from the previous renters. Communication was very quick from the propertygroup. A very nice place!

We loved this house and 6 of us fitted in really well. Everything we needed. Fantastic location with everything walking distance and good coffee shops for the morning!! We were lucky with the weather and were able to sit in the yard with the pretty lights. Parking permits were great use and we never had any issues parking 2 cars. Overall would highly recommend and we love St John’s and area.

Wonderful location and the cleanest rental we have stayed in yet. We had a group of 5 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect. Now we’re looking for a reason to head back to St John’s.

Amazing location and awesome space

Super great spot, clean and comfortable and right downtown St.John’s. The hosts of this property are super and very reliable. Never had an issue with anything and there’s a BBQ on the private fenced in deck area! Highly recommend

A great location!

This VRBO is very well equipped and felt like home for the 8 days we spent there. Our kids each had their own rooms and space to spread out. The kitchen was very well equipped and we even managed to do some birthday baking! The location is central to downtown and easy to get out of town for excursions by car. Parallel parking skills were needed but we always found a spot on the street outside the house at the end of the day. This VRBO is halfway up the hill which is great for walking because you are halfway up or halfway down at all times, making the steep hills much more managable! We were there off-season so many downtown businesses were closed, but I imagine it would be even better in season! St John's is a must-do travel destination. If you are considering it, stop considering and BOOK!
