The house was nice, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet

Everything started out great. On day 2, there was a problem with the door staying closed, so I reached out to the host and she took almost 6 hours to respond. When we returned back to the property after attending an event, the problem started again, again I reached out and after an hour I reached out again to let her know that if I hadn’t heard from her by check out time, that I would be leaving the back door unlocked, because that’s the only way we would be able to get out of the house. She finally responded stating that that would be fine. Upon our departure we were in fact able to get the door locked, so I messaged her to let her know. She didn’t respond back to me until 1030 pm, stating that they had went to clean the house and found the door damaged, to the point that when opened the door fell down, but she couldn’t provide proof, because she didn’t take any pictures. Now she thinks I’m going to pay her 400, and she hasn’t provided any pictures, estimates or any type of proof
