North Rehoboth vacation rentals

The location of this third floor unit in Rehoboth was AMAZING. It is right on the boardwalk just past the main drag and has clear, unobstructed views from the roof deck AND the living room. We had the windows open for the ocean sounds and there was no noise from crowds/late night activity. A couple of items to prepare for a stay:Supplies are pretty barebones- bring toilet paper, paper towels, soap, bed linens, towels, wash clothes etcDrip coffee maker (not keurig/pod coffee)Off street Parking for two cars under the condo was very nice but make sure your car meets the height requirements because it’s a bit of a squeeze into the spaces (we had two compact SUVS). If bringing a little one/stroller, it is very convenient and stroller accessible to get it into the condo- this was nice for our first family trip with a baby!Deducted stars for cleanliness because there were a few small insects- and we had a baby who spends time on the floor- but I’m sure this could be easily and quickly remedied by the listing provider. Otherwise, the place was very clean. My one annoyance with the rental process was that you have to go several blocks across town to the realty agency to pick up the unit keys, and I think they could just put a code system on the door to make things more convenient-especially if someone is arriving in off hours. The agency was very responsive to questions and easy to work with overall and I would certainly rent this unit again.

Grenoble Place was a wonderful place! It was clean, had plenty of room and the view is amazing! We were there in the off season and the neighbors were quiet. Once in the condo, you feel like you are in a home. It had all of the amenities that we needed. We will be back!

We’ve rented this place every summer for years. Great apartment with everything you need for a lovely beach stay. Plus parking one block from the beach. Restaurants, bars and shops all w/in walking distance. We rent bikes for the week. The owners are super responsive. Highly recommend. Book far in advance for high season stays. Thanks D and D!

We had a great stay. The view from the balcony was great! The furniture was comfortable for 2 senior citizens. The host was amazing. He worked very hard to make sure our stay was extra special. We would recommend this host and the condo to anyone wanting a relaxing trip.

This condo has beautiful beach/ocean views from the balcony/living room and a fantastic location! The property was clean, bright, and functional, and the host was very communicative and helpful. We had a great stay here!

Excellent location at the beach. Could use a little more updated with bathrooms. Toilet need to be a little higher

Loved the condo and location. You can walk just about everywhere. Downside was no toilet paper or paper towels. You have to bring soap too. Also no hairdryer. I was very surprised by that.

Fulfilled all of our needs!
