Condo was very clean centrally located good communication with host my only complaint would be the cramped bedroom and bathrooms besides that we had no issues.The grounds were immaculate

Thank you Jim for your kind review. Ocean front resorts tend to capitalize on their views and because we are an oceanfront resort, the builder put their priority into the view and made the living room larger to take in the beautiful ocean view. Also we have 2 bathrooms which is rare for a one bedroom. Smaller bathrooms, with 2 bathrooms seems to be more attractive for visitors. We hope you have safe travels home and come back to Maui soon! We love repeat visitors to the island!

A comfortable condo with great views. We had everything we needed to cook or go to the beach. The complex had a great pool and a real treat of live music on Wednesday evening. We were happy staying here.

The condo wad wonderful and the grounds were beautiful. The views from the balcony were incredible and we truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We had a couple nights we strolled the beach right out front and saw the turtles up on the beach. What a sight! Communication with the owner was always quick and pleasant. She made some recommrndations that were spot on!

We had a wonderful stay at this Maui condo! The view was absolutely amazing, and being just a short walk from the beach made it even better. The grounds were beautifully maintained and created a relaxing, tropical atmosphere throughout our stay.One of our favorite experiences was watching the sea turtles come ashore each evening to rest on the beach. It was such a special and unforgettable part of our trip.While we did encounter a few minor issues with the condo itself, the owner was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and that everything was addressed promptly. Their attentiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction were greatly appreciated.Overall, we had a fantastic vacation. The location, views, beautiful surroundings, and excellent communication from the owner made for a memorable Maui getaway.

Postive: Oceanview and great location. Fully stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner and even baked cookies on the rainy day. Property is well maintained. Liked the high outdoor furniture so you could really see the amazing view.Needs attention: livingroom furniture and all carpets need cleaned. The upholstered chair and kitchen throw rug(which could be tossed in the washer) were viseably dirty. We dont think the bathroom carpets got washed between last people and us either so we put a towel down. Overall a great time. We appreciated your attention to details such as beach chairs and a cooler and the plasticware for beach days. We would recommend your property.Mahalo

I’m sorry you did not feel that mats were washed but I personally washed them and dried them for the cleaning Lady to put out for your arrival along with a new set of sheets. Unfortunately the carpet in the kitchen has stains from guest that will not come out. I know that the arms in the chair we just spot cleaned so I will asked the cleaners to come back and redo.
