Me and my friend’s overall stay was amazing. As far as everything being spot on with what was advertised. Getting in contact with the host wasn’t hard at all as they were pretty quick to respond to needs. Would definitely book again whenever we visit Houston again.

The home was clean and accurately presented. It was also close to NRG, which is where we were for most of the trip. We had a little issue with getting the access code through the adt app but the host was very responsive and we had no trouble getting in after speaking to her. Would stay here again.

The residence was BERY nice and clean. The only thing that I didn’t like/appreciate was the sketchy neighborhood, and the neighbors played LOUD music until 6am. I did not get much sleep at all.

On the day of your check-in, VRBO experienced communication issues that prevented messages from being delivered properly through the platform. Both you and we acknowledged these platform-wide issues during your stay. Once we realized the messages were not going through, we contacted you directly by phone to provide your check-in instructions and ensure you were able to access the property as quickly as possible. In addition, although the communication outage was outside of our control, we issued a 25% refund as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. After your stay, you also reached out to us and asked whether this review could be removed because you recognized that the delay resulted from VRBO's communication outage rather than a lack of responsiveness on our part. Our goal has always been to provide exceptional hospitality.
