Two short blocks from the center of the boardwalk and the 9th & 10th St. beaches. Perfect center city location, EVERYTHING within walking distance! It is the largest unit by far in the building (about 900 sq.ft.), and the ONLY 2BR, 2BA. It comfortably sleeps 8 people. All other 'Sun Beach' units are smaller 1BR or efficiency suites.
No expense was spared. It features granite coutertops in the kitchen and baths, beautiful wainscoating and crown moldings throughout, recessed crown molding lighting, a huge 2nd BR with 2 luxurious queen beds (sleeps 4), a top-of-the-line master BR king bed (sleeps 2). Also...there are 3 gigantic high definition large screen wall-mounted TV's throughout....one in each BR (50' and 37') and one in the LR (50'), too. The living room also has a top of the line 'Flexsteel' sleep sofa that sleeps 2. 'Flexsteel' is a Brand Name reknowned for their well-made, lifetime guaranteed sleep sofas. There's a fully upholstered granite topped dining booth. Upgraded granite countered kitchen and wood cabinets, tile and carpeted flooring, and exquisite furnishings and accents throughout. Full sized Designer Series upgraded appliances.....full sized refrigerator/freezer, glasstop stove, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a washer and dryer. Parking available for one car.
This is a 1st floor apartment. No stairs. Perfect for families with young children, guests with climbing difficulties. Please Note: This apartment is not ADA compliant. The bedroom and bathroom door openings are very narrow and do not accommodate wheelchairs. The stall shower is small and it has a built up platform requiring a step up into it.
Of course...there's full use of Sun Beach's inviting swimming pool, BBQ at the pool deck, and large spacious deck with chairs and chaise lounges! Free Cable TV and Wi Fi is included. We PROMISE that you and your family will LOVE your Ocean City, NJ vacation here!

Gorgeous, all brand spanking new. Top of the line everything. Look at the pictures! I bought this condo is 2005. When I bought it, it was the 'Sun Beach Motel's' front desk rental office, plus a 1BR apartment attached. When the Sun Beach converted from a 'motel' operation to a 'residential condo' operation, it essentially put the front desk (where all the motel rentals were transacted) out of buisness. So...I gutted the front desk area, and the 1BR apartment area, and transformed both spaces into this all new 2BR, 2BA beauty. So...it's the only 2BR, 2BA in this complex, which consists of 38 units. All other units are much smaller one-room efficiency style (motel-room like) units. Sun Beach is a wonderful complex with a great central location!
What makes this Condo unique
Center City location, close to practically everything. Park your car...and leave it. 3 giant flat-screen TVs, granite counters, ample luxury bedding for 8 people, on-site pool, BBQ, so much more! What a great way to spend your vacation!

Great little place fit us perfectly
Everything was perfect for my little family. Only issue was you don't get a parking spot directly on site, and I have a special needs daughter with handicaps.
Dear Ryan, I'm delighted that my condo was a perfect fit for your special needs family. As the unit is ground level, having no steps to negotiate is a huge bonus as well. Since parking at Sun Beach is hopelessly so tight, I disclose in my leases that I park my guests one short block away, in front at my office, which is ez in and out and far better parking. Thank you for your stay, and I hope to see you and your family again!
Parking was an issue initially because the condo unit does not have a spot in the actual complex. There was also only one parking tag for 4 adults (2 cars). Fortunately the owner was exceptional in helping us find a reasonable solution. The condo itself was very nice and close to the beach. Would definitely recommend it.
Marissa...thank you for your review. Please remember that your rental indicated up front that only one parking space was included with your rental. When you told me your elderly dad was also joining you, and he had his own 2nd car, I actually gave him my very own personal parking space so he would not have to worry nor walk any distance to your condo., Parking is so difficult at the shore, yet fortunately with my motel on the next corner I'm able to accommodate my #101 Sun Beach guests parking requests within one block (450 feet, max) from their front door.
Beautiful and Clean Rental!
This was a great family condo to rent. Two families stayed here with 3 children under the age of 10. It was clean, comfortable, and roomy. The decor made you feel right at home. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus! It is in the perfect location for the beach, boardwalk, and shopping. The pool is clean and great for the kids. We met many other friendly families there as well. We ate dinner up on the deck. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Jesse was great to work with. He was always available for questions and quickly responded to phone messages.
Thanks for your 5 star review, Stephanie! You're right....since the 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, with sleeping for 8, the condo does lend itself perfectly for sharing families. I'm glad you got to enjoy the sundeck for dinner! And meeting other families at the pool on vacation is part of the fun, too! I look forward to renting to you again!
Working with Jesse was amazing. After a bad time last year with an agent, I was hesitant to work with someone else. But Jesse is professional, attentive and patient.
The condo is absolutely beautiful! From the design to the decorating. It's perfectly located in the middle of all the cool things we love about Ocean City. The only hardship I found was there is only parking for 1 car. If it's a busy time of year, parking for a second car might be tough to find and a bit of a hike back to the condo. But if you can share one car during your stay, then there isn't a problem.
