3. Damaged Items:
Please refrain from washing towels with colored clothing to prevent staining.
Any items that are damaged beyond repair will be subject to a replacement fee, which will include repair or replacement costs as deemed necessary. Minor damage (e.g., small stains or scratches) may incur a partial replacement fee, at the host`s discretion.
4. Key Replacement:
Lost keys or fobs will incur a replacement fee to cover the cost of rekeying and/or new fobs.

If any replacement fees are applicable, guests will be notified. Payment for lost or damaged items will be processed through Airbnb’s resolution center.

The apartment is just like the pictures. It’s a professionally managed rental, so not very personal (although coffee is stocked). Clean. The bed is a giant block of memory foam; very, very firm and pillows are pretty inexpensive types. Hand soap dispenser was broken, as was air freshener. Bathroom sink was very slow draining. There were no trash bags in the can or the unit so they had to deliver some to the door. Highway noise from the adjacent road is moderate volume and continuous 24 hours a day. Overall, any communication and remedy with the owner was prompt and courteous. It was “fine” and reasonably priced.
