Conveniently located in less than two miles to Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. A first floor end unit provides easy access. The community boasts 3 pools, tennis courts, grilling area, and is a short bike ride from the beach and all that Rehoboth and Dewey has to offer. It is walkable distance (1.5 miles) to downtown Rehoboth, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shopping, and a world class boardwalk. There is something for everyone here!

Tastefully furnished with plenty of natural lighting and just a few steps away from the community pool, tennis court, and Big Fish Grill. The location is perfect because you are away from the crowds, yet close enough to walk, bike, drive, or Uber to any of the close attractions. We offer fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer(b.y.o. detergent), all linens, beach chairs (4), umbrellas (2), and a soft cooler for your convenience. Please bring your own bath towels. If you travel with small child, we have a Pack and Play for your baby to sleep in. If you want stress free vacation, this condo is the perfect fit for you.
