Centrally located in Coastal Delaware, this gated community is within 7 miles of Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey beaches. It also has a pool and 24/7 access to a boat ramp that leads into Love Creek and then Rehoboth Bay.
Take advantage of all local restaurants, beaches, shopping outlets, and nightlife during the day/night but always end up in this quiet private community every night.

WONDERFUL!

Michael condo was terrific. His place was exceptionally clean and welcoming. The rooms were bright and airy. The location was terrific as it was easy to get anywhere. Would definitely recommend his condo

Easy Living In Lewes

Great location for beaches and dining. Plenty of kayaking opportunities in Love Creek and Rehoboth Bay. Biking on the Lewes-Georgetown Trail. Historic Lewes has some great restaurants. We stayed for the entire month of June, just my me and my wife. The condo was more than spacious for both of us. Mike is a very accommodating owner.

Rehoboth Condo- Michael

Good location for visiting neighboring beaches & for restaurants & shopping (groceries & outlet malls). Felt very safe & secure on property. Grounds & pool area are nicely maintained. Even got to see several bald eagles when taking walks around the condo housing complex. Owner & others we met on the property were very friendly & helpful. Property provided a quiet relaxing atmosphere. (Only drawback we felt was there wasn’t a good area in the condo where 4 adults or a family could sit to eat or play board games together.)

Relaxing Stay

Very clean and comfortable condo. The whole area was pretty quiet and laid back. There was only a short walk to the community pool which was great. I recommend this stay for anyone who wants a place not as hectic and busy as a stay on Route 1 can be.

Great stay!

This was a wonderful condo for our family of 4. Everything was clean and comfortable and the owner was incredibly friendly. He even provided local restaurant recommendations. We were about 15 minutes from beaches and everywhere we wanted to go. Great stay! Hong to come back next year.

Out Stay

Our stay was great. The property overall was awesome. The residence and pool were outstanding. Our kids even loved it. The property is close to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach but far enough away that its quite. Highly recommend.

Quick beach vacay

The condo was well equipped with everything one might need. The pool was lovely. The beds comfy. The location was perfect for us and our plans. I enjoyed coming back to a place that was not in the hustle and bustle of a beach town.

Graduation Trip

My son and I came to town for a graduation and this location was such a treasure. It was just right for what we needed. The location was perfect for all of our needs. Restaurants, shopping and the beach really close by. The condo itself was super nice. Mike was a pleasure to work with and was very informative.

Home away from home

Condo was perfect for our family. My daughter is 18mo and my son is 5. We enjoyed the cleanliness and convenience Mike’s Condo offered. Communication and service was great as we are new to the rental options. Better than a hotel. Truly felt like home 5Star!

Comfortable and Easy Location

We had a great time staying at the rental as it was very clean and convenient to many things. Even though the traffic made it seem far from the beach the pool facility was a good alternative on a hot summer day to use until the traffic subsides. The location was convenient to access stores, restaurants and getting in/out of Rehoboth by being convenient to the highway. We would stay again.

Relaxing

Great condo in a quiet gated community. The condo was new and spotless. Michael was there to greet us and hand over the keys. He provided very helpful tips on local things to do. Nice pool facilities and was able to fish off marina on the bay. Quick drive to beaches and boardwalk. Would definitely go back again.

Our First, but not our last time in DE!

We had such a great stay at Michael’s place! Very clean! Easy check-in and checkout. He even updated to a Keurig coffee machine. Great location to beaches, and great restaurants and close to friends. We will definitely be back. We all had a fantastic time! Thank you for sharing your beautiful getaway with us.

Brand New, Clean, and Perfect

Mike was great at communicating and answering questions prior to our arrival. He's new to the short term rental game, but his place is so new that it smelled like it was just painted. Check in Day had my family stuck in traffic, and what should've been a 3 hour driver turned into 5 hours. He was very patient and understanding when we rolled in, and met us with a smile before giving us the tour and handing the keys over. He texted me his list of recommended places to eat and things to do prior to leaving us to unload. His condo is the corner unit in the ground floor towards the perimeter of the property, so there was the illusion of privacy. It shared a wall with one of the entrances to the building, so we heard the front door closing. It was never loud enough to disturb our sleeping infant who was sharing theaster bedroom with us in our pack and play we brought. If you have a baby, you will need to bring your own. The unit itself was as described and pictured. Clean, modern, and new. We chose it despite being further from the beach because of the aforementioned properties. We never got a chance to use the pool because our kids never wanted to leave the beach, but when we did, they passed out in the condo. Note: his Hamilton Beach coffee machine uses the circular disc style pods and not k-cups or loose ground coffee. Buy them off Amazon since I couldn't find them in Walmart and the grocery stores and enjoy coffee at home instead of fighting the traffic on RT 1.
