Host is a text or call away. Quiet neighborhood adjacent to Coler Park. 1.5 miles from downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, local shops, etc. Within 3 miles of several groceries stores. 2 major regional hospitals within 10 miles. The house has been recently updated and new pictures to come! The fireplace in living room is not a working fireplace. Observation of house rules is strictly enforced. Upon check out, if there is apparent negligence to the house rules, we reserve the right to invoice your card on file up to $500 for additional cleaning and damages to the house.
