• Quiet community that is very bike friendly and easy walking distance to all of the Metfield Recreational Area (golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming pool, basketball, biking, playground, etc).

• We're just 1/4 mile off the mountain biking trails with Rago & Mulligan being the closest trail head!
• 1.5 mile from Lake Brittany.

Driveway and Parking
• Parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway and 1 in the garage if you need it.
• Secure indoor bike storage in the 3 car garage with tooling station.


GUEST ACCESS

• You will have access to the entire home and yard! The home sits on a large lot and has a grass covered backyard area with lots of shade trees making it perfect for yard games and tailgating. Enjoy the propane grill on the back patio, stare at the firepit or enjoy the private hot tub on the back patio.

* As a guest, you are allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities (a list of amenities and prices can be found at bellavistapoa/com/fee-rates-schedule/) if you request guest passes from us after your booking is confirmed, at least 3 business days before your arrival. Full instructions will be provided after booking.

★ IMPORTANT: These amenities are not guaranteed by us as part of your rental agreement. Our only involvement is to request the passes so you can arrange and pay for the activities you wish to enjoy. The amenities are not free but you are provided access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. We provide your contact info to the POA, and they manage it from there and will send the passes.


INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom (two rolls of Toilet Tissue per bathroom), and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility. Please bring anything you feel you may need during your stay.

• All of our TVs are smart TVs and ready for you to stream from your own accounts.

• If you're traveling with your furry friend we ask that they aren't left unattended unless they're in a kennel, do not allow them on the furniture or beds, and please pickup pet waste before you leave.

• We allow 1 pet up to 75 lbs.

• The charcoal grill is provided but guests will need to bring their own charcoal & lighter fluid.

• Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
