The only complaint we had was that the old carpet had a funky smell. Other than that it was quiet, the view was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen was also well equipped and more than met our needs.

Stay away! Our experience was awful and led to our immediate departure from the property. We checked in and found the assigned condo to be in an unacceptable, uninhabitable condition. The unit was run down, and we discovered significant cleanliness issues including pubic hair on the toilet and in the shower, mold around the shower tub drain and behind a toilet, unclean sinks, and badly stained kitchen chairs. The entire unit had a pervasive, awful damp and musty smell, and the furniture was old and rundown. The place looks like it hasn't been updated in 25 years and the property is not well maintained. The host has completely misrepresented this property (rated at 9.8 Exceptional on VRBO) -- our experience was far from exceptional...we couldn't even stay one night.

My husband, 2 kids (ages 6 and 2), and myself stayed here for 1 week. I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend it to people. On the positive side--the views are absolutely beautiful (make sure you get a room with a balcony), free onsite parking, shuttle service to downtown offered Thursday-Sunday, friendly staff, good AC, and the size of the room was comfortable and had 2 large sized bathrooms. On the bad side, when we checked in the room was not properly cleaned. We found pieces of food, candy wrappers, and sand left all over the chairs. To me, these are standard housekeeping things that should've been handled. Also, the condition of the room was poor. Door knobs falling out of sockets, broken balcony posts, broken safe, etc. There were also these little flies that kept popping up in one of the bathrooms...? Pretty gross. The maintenance of the property overall really needs some work. Also, you need to keep in mind location. While it is beautiful, driving to downtown is at least 10 minutes. If you plan on being downtown frequently, this location isn't very convenient and parking in downtown can be tricky (and expensive).
