Prior to our stay getting the guest agreement signed was troublesome. AI or software glitches. It was resolved prior to our stay. Host was quick to respond and was helpful. The apartment was clean-ish. The most important things such as beds and linens were fresh. Floors- bathroom, living room… just had lots of “stuff”. Other than that I’d call it tidy.
