Exceptional house in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Emily Oaks and Skokie Water Park, shopping, subway, and only 20 minutes from downtown Chicago. The house is surrounded by mature trees for privacy, has an indoor heated pool with direct access to the patio, and a charming tree house with a slide. Inside a magnificent chef's kitchen awaits you with counter space for 8 people. breakfast nook off the kitchen, and a large TV room with a fireplace. Opposite site of the bridal staircase, there's a dining room and an adjoining piano, a conversation room. Upsatirs, there's a massive primary suite with a 2-person whirlpool, a double shower and a king bed, a TV, and a fireplace. The second bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and is hand-painted in a Jungle Book theme. On the other side, a Jack and Jill bedroom is separated by a full bathroom. Both street-facing bedrooms have Juliette balconies, and another has a circular balcony. A huge dome skylight, balcony, and laundry complete the second floor.
