Location was great. The unit was as advertised and well-located. The only disappointment was parking. I was assured through communication with the property manager that there was plenty of onsite parking but when we arrived the first night, no parking was available and we had to scramble during a severe thunderstorm to find a place to park.

The unit was exactly as pictured! Two great bathrooms and bedrooms and a comfortable living area. The folks at the front desk are amazingly helpful. The location is super safe and walkable to everything.

The condo is spacious and well appointed. The unit and the facility were very clean. The location was superb, close to many restaurants, bars, and shopping. I highly recommend Level Chicago River North for your next trip to Chicago.

Exploring Chicago

Level River North in Chicago is in a great location. It was easy to get around, close to downtown, so very walkable. The apartment was well furnished and very clean. The building itself was very secure with key access required to enter and also to access the elevator. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to get early check-in and also store our bags for the day upon checkout.

Nice place - but pricey!

We came in town for a graduation and brought my parents (in their 80s) and daughter in her 20s. We all enjoyed the space. The only issue was the price - All the fees! Yikes! Also they seem to be having an issue with the floors, needs repairs as the floor boards slide around. The amenities in the building are beautiful, although we didn't have time to take advantage of them. Loved the kitchen, the open area and the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable enough. I liked having the extra space as we had other family spend time with us after our dinners out.
