Our host Sean was welcoming and helpful. We brought our basset hound and there was space for her to do her duty. The apartment was clean and comfortable!

Perfect for the 2 of us to get away and relax. Close enough for us to visit Carson City, Virginia City and Reno, but out of the way enough to relax.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! From the moment we arrived, Sean made us feel welcome, greeting us personally and showing us around the apartment. It was even nicer—and more spacious—than the photos suggested! The rooms were roomy and uncluttered, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed, along with thoughtful little extras like popcorn and granola bars that made us feel right at home.The apartment was cozy, comfortable, and full of charm. Even when the temperatures dropped at night, it was so well insulated that we never needed to turn on the heater. It was truly a home away from home.We especially loved the location and the fascinating history of the area. The historic cemetery was an easy walk away, and one of our favorite memories was watching the wild horses peacefully grazing just outside the cemetery gates. What a special experience! Virginia City is just a short drive in one direction, with Dayton and Carson City in the other, making this a wonderful home base for exploring the surrounding area.It’s not often you find a place that combines so much history, character, and charm with all the comforts of modern living. We felt fortunate to have found this little gem and are grateful to Sean for making our stay so enjoyable. If you appreciate historic places with a welcoming, homey feel, you’ll absolutely love staying here. We certainly did.

LOVED this place. We Stayed here for “Hot August nights” in Virginia City. Clean, accommodating. Very quiet and away from it all. It was even better than I expected and it had everything we needed for an extended stay. It was like being at home only relaxing. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
