The place was beautiful, perfect location and host was great with communication. We mostly cook when we go away, they could use more utensils and casserole pans but nothing urgent. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Cute small shotgun house in great location. Trolley stop at end of street was convenient.Home was very clean and well appointed. I appreciated the electric kettle for my tea. Even had quality paper products! Beds were comfortable and rooms were very quiet and dark so great sleep. We enjoyed the deck on the back after a long day. Host Blake was very responsive when we had questions on the TV. Would definitely recommend for your St Augustine stay.

My favorite rental ever. Inside truly made it feel tropical and sophisticated at the same time. Great location, it was a beautiful walk through the neighborhood to old town. Can’t say enough about the host and the property. I’ve never thought about going back to a rental before. But I can’t wait to stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Lincolnville Cottage! The property is nestled in the heart of a historic district that is quiet and quaint. The cottage is tastefully decorated and is packed with charm and thoughtful touches to meet every need of your stay. We enjoyed the close proximity to downtown and we were able to walk to most places we visited. The only time we drove our vehicle was to go to Anastasia State Park. While in the area we highly recommend boating Dog Rose Brewery, Osprey Tacos, and Old Coast Ales! We look forward to returning and staying in this property again! Blake was wonderful throughout the process and our stay.

Great location, very walkable. Clean and easy to check in/out.Be aware, if you have large vehicles, streets are narrow. We had to back down the road and go around the block bc neighbors had parked on each side of the road, across from each other, essentially blocking the road. Parking is roadside, but you can pull off to the side right in front of the house.
