2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit on Barbados' south coast near to shopping & beaches.

Banyans is a condominium development on the south coast of Barbados near to Bridgetown, shopping and beautiful beaches. Apartment No. 6 is on the second floor (UK first floor) of a 3 storey building.

The apartment has a kitchen, living room, two air-conditioned bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedrooms can be configured as either two twin beds or a king size bed. Each bedroom has ample hanging space and a chest of drawers. The living room has a large settee and a dining table for four people. Further seating is available on the small balcony where there are two chairs and a small side table. Cable television (40 inch smart LED/LCD flat screen) and Wi-Fi are included in your rental.

The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, an electric stove & oven, microwave and a full supply of crockery, glasses, cutlery and cookware.

The location is very central and convenient, with a short walk to most amenities, including the beach, restaurants, car rental service, and a bus stop. Banyans also has a full size swimming pool for your enjoyment.

A housekeeping service is provided once a week.

Perfect in every way! Great condo, spotless, well appointed, kitchen had everything you needed. And just a very short walk to one of the best beaches on the island. Peter was an amazing host. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Convenient location very nice property

Stayed here with my brother for a week had an absolutely amazing time. Very close to Bridgeport easily walkable, beach only a couple of minutes away. The accomodation was exceptional.

Our first trip to Barbados

As this was our first trip to Barbados, we were looking for a comfortable "home base". This apartment met those needs in so many wonderful ways. It was immaculate, and the hosts were attentive to any questions or concerns that we expressed (there weren't many!). The location was wonderful! It was close to many restaurants and beaches, as well as to a major bus route. We would be happy to return!

Beautiful Apartment In Garrison Historic Area

Super clean, spacious, two bedroom apartment, walking distance to Pebble Beach and close to many amenities. Walking distance to the Barbados Museum, and local restaurants. the location is excellent and the property as a whole is well maintained...the apartment is large...bright and welcoming and well appointed with linens, towels and kitchen items. The owners who live on the island provide a small get you started pack of some food items for your first breakfast until you get to the grocery...walking distance to the carlisle bay beaches...local bus stops are just around the corner from the complex...parking is avail should you have a car, which i would recommend if you want to roam around the island

A wonderful stay

We were greeted at the apartment by Peter. The apartment is lovely; exactly as described and depicted in the photos. Even more delightful and appreciated was the welcome starter pack of essentials; milk, eggs, juice bread, sundries, and a delicious home baked banana bread. The only thing that would have helped would be another fan in the lounge/kitchen area. The apartment is a short walk from beautiful Browns beach, with easy access to bus routes. Thank you for accommodating our request for dominoes! We enjoyed our stay.

The ideal apartment

Beautifully presented and spotless apartment in a lovely spot. Communications with Peter and Jennifer before hand were most helpful. Very friendly welcome from Peter on arrival. Location totally suited our needs for Carlisle Bay beaches. Handy for island wide transport links. Several handy small shops for immediate needs, though bigger superstores were further afield and a car/taxi would make these simple. As a guide, we expected to pick up a local hire car on arrival, but none available for 3 weeks due to high demand, book ahead. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would certainly return and more than happy to highly recommend. Thanks to Peter and Jennifer for making such a great apartment available.

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic 3 week stay at the apartment. Check in was smooth. No real issues whilst here. Very clean and we had a weekly cleaner. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Comfy bed. Aircon in bedrooms worked great. Would have been great if lounge had aircon as it was quite hot and the fan didn’t really cool it down. Great location to beaches, racing, walkable into Bridgetown. Need a car or get the bus for shopping ad it’s not near a proper supermarket. We didn’t venture out too much in the evening as there aren’t many bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity but that didn’t bother us as we are daytime people anyway. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Peter and Jenny's apartment. The property is truly a gem. The space is open, bright, very clean, and is perfectly located close to all amenities, most importantly...walking distance to one of the nicest beaches!! The starter supply of groceries was an added touch, not to mention the delicious banana loaf. Would definitely stay again as I plan to return to this beautiful island country.
