Mairo Chalet is a beautifully designed, 3,400-square-foot luxury cabin retreat nestled on a sprawling 2.69-acre property. Combining comfort, entertainment, and modern amenities, this chalet is ideal for both relaxation and recreation.

Main Floor:
- One bedroom: king-sized bed (sleeps two), built-in wireless charging stations on both sides of the bed, 65-inch smart TV, full private bathroom
- Living room: two elegant leather sofas, 75-inch TV, cozy stone fireplace
- Dining area: dining table with six luxurious satin-covered chairs
- Kitchen: fully equipped open-concept kitchen with three-seat island bar
- Additional half bathroom for guest convenience

Loft Area:
- One bedroom: king-sized bed (sleeps two), 65-inch TV, dresser, full bathroom
- Game room: NBA arcade basketball game, pool table, air hockey table, bar-height table with high chairs

Lower Level:
- One bedroom: two full-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps six), full bathroom
- Movie theater room: oversized 98-inch TV, Sonos sound bar surround system, heated black leather reclining movie couch, bean bags and front-row seats

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Make sure all appliances, the Fireplace, the Firepit, and the Grill are turned off
Lock doors and ensure windows are closed. On your way out, press the lock button on the smart lock to lock the main entrance door.
Collect all trash, put it in the trash cans in the driveway at the cabin's entrance, and lock the containers in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
No fireworks.
No pets unless approved in advance.

This was a dream stay! From the comfy beds, the lux fabrics, towels, the pool and hot tub (seriously-a water sanctuary)…I can’t say enough about this chalet. The view was magnificent and photos don’t do this place justice. Just secluded enough. We took a small trip into town and enjoyed Wears Valley shops and burger joint. Cooking was a fun experience, tv was also fun, in those massage chairs. I cannot wait to come back!

We chose this hillside location specifically for the mountain views, the open acreage, and the sense of seclusion it offers. You're just 30 minutes from Great Smoky Mountains National Park, with Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge all within easy reach. But honestly? Some of our favorite guests never leave the property. The mornings here are quiet, the air is fresh, and there's something about sitting on that front porch with a coffee and the mountains in front of you that resets everything.
