The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave towels in the tub/shower.
Place trash in the trash bins in the wooden container to the left of the house. Please ensure the wooden container is locked at all times.
Leave sheets and comforters/blankets on the beds, and leave the beds unmade
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests must sign a Rental Agreement within 3 days after booking. You will be sent a link to click and sign.
If you add soap or any other liquids, detergents, etc.
to the hot tub, you will be charged a fee of $200 to cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required to repair any damage and purge the jet

This was an incredible cabin for our family! The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The communication with Joseph was great and the location was perfect. We were less than 8 minutes to some great hikes, mountain biking, and downtown Blue Ridge. When we weren’t going out, the cabin had beautiful sunsets (which we enjoyed in the hot tub), or a perfect fire pit to roast s'mores. Couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations!

Joseph is a wonderful host! Great communication and very helpful! We loved the view it was amazing and the hot tub was a plus! We enjoyed being around nature and went on a nice trail on the lake blue ridge trail only 8 min away from the cabin! It was a great way to spend our honeymoon! A huge plus was the comfort of the beds! It was also nice to use game there that we could play and even some for our little one!

The beautiful patio with outdoor furniture gave amazing opportunities to look at the gorgeous mountain views! Check in and out was super easy and the cabin was very clean and cozy! Joseph was very quick and clear in his communication- even going above and beyond to door dash some bags of ice for us. We would definitely stay here again- great, relaxing vacation spot!

This place was just as it was listed to be! We stayed for 3 nights over spring break with the kids and could not have been more satisfied. The cabin was clean, had plenty of room for our family of 6 (and would take even more if needed), and was a short distance to downtown for food and drinks! Also the views were absolutely gorgeous! Joseph was incredibly responsive as well when we had questions about the cabin. Would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to visit Blue Ridge for the first time!

There were so many great things about our trip! The views are beautiful and can be enjoyed in so many areas of the house including all 3 bedrooms, the hot tub, and by the fire pit. The place was super clean and tidy when we got there. They send you a guidebook once you book your stay which I thought was so cool and thoughtful! Communication from host is EXCELLENT!!!Amazing location that is close to grocery stores and downtown Blue Ridge. Definitely will be back again!

Great location to feel secluded yet safe, with easy access to restaurants and stores. The views are spectacular! This property is exactly as advertised and the photos in the listing are true to life.
