Short WALK to Boulder Bay park. Upgraded furnishings, oversized kitchen and well-stocked for your enjoyment. Pool table, shuffleboard table, video games, bbq, hot tub and 8 smart TVs! Large dining tables inside and outside. Gas fire pit table. 2 restaurants, market, kayak/SUP rental easy short walk. Mountain Transit stop VERY short walk (free). Partial lake views from upstairs bedrooms, main floor bedroom and hot tube balcony area.

Take all used linens and towels to lower level and place on washer/dryer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
