Welcome to your home away from home — a spacious, private two-bedroom guest suite/apartment designed for comfort, flexibility, and convenience. Whether you’re visiting for a major sporting event, the Boston Marathon, or a family getaway, this suite offers an easy, comfortable place to settle in.
This bright and thoughtfully appointed in-law apartment spans the entire lower level of our home and is completely private to guests. It features a private entrance, a walk-out patio, and an open living and dining area that’s perfect for relaxing after a long day, gathering with family, or working remotely. The full kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking, and a private laundry room makes longer stays especially easy.
The suite includes two separate bedrooms, each furnished with Tempur-Pedic mattresses to ensure a great night’s sleep. The sunny primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is equally comfortable and ideal for family members, friends, or teammates traveling together. The layout works well for couples, families, runners, and small groups who want space to spread out.
The location is ideal for event travelers. We’re just 26 minutes from Gillette Stadium via an easy, direct highway drive, making this a convenient home base for Patriots games, concerts, and World Cup matches—without the congestion and noise of staying right near the stadium.
We’re also located in Hopkinton, the starting town of the Boston Marathon, which makes this property especially appealing for runners, their families, and spectators. Being close to the start allows for a calmer, more comfortable race weekend while still offering easy access to surrounding towns and amenities.
Please note that while the guest suite is fully private, entry is through the main level of our home, and the apartment itself is located down one flight of stairs. The lower level opens to a walk-out patio and backyard, bringing in natural light and creating a bright, welcoming space.
This is a dog-friendly home, and you may occasionally see our dog in the backyard during your stay. He loves to say hello to guests (but only if guests also want to say hello).
Guests appreciate the combination of privacy, space, and location, along with the quiet residential setting that allows for true rest after busy days. Whether you’re here for a world-class sporting event, marathon weekend, a visit to Boston, visiting family or simply a comfortable stay in MetroWest, we look forward to welcoming you.
