Three Bedroom Condo @ Spring Brook Resort

Escape the overcrowding and enjoy your next Dells trip with many of the conveniences of home. This sprawling three bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 12. Sleep well in the Master bedroom - complete with a king bed, private master bath and 32" TV. For additional guests' sleeping arrangements the second bedroom offers two queen beds and is also equipped with a TV. The third bedroom, or side suite, offers a king bed, sofa sleeper, table and chairs, TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a third full bathroom.

The well appointed full kitchen features Corian® countertops and name brand appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender and a full set of eating utensils and cookware are supplied. The dining area provides a large extension table with seating for 8. Additional guest seating is available at the kitchen counter. The pine accented wall in the living room pairs well with the stone fire place, 42" TV and queen-size leather sleeper sofa. A love seat, accent chair and coffee table -great for entertaining- complete the cozy living area. In addition to the aforementioned bathrooms, there is a third full bath in the common area. All are fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. For added convenience an iron, ironing board and washer and dryer are also provided. Home and office are just a click away with complimentary Wi-Fi. Or grab a cocktail and leave it all behind at the outdoor seating provided on the two balconies.

The Cedar Stone Condos-Suites are directly across the street from Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Condo sleeps maximum of 12, rates based on 8 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. $250 Security Deposit Required.

Great place in the Dells

We loved the 3 bedroom here! It was new, had a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and more! Worked perfect for our large family. The Resort is tucked away and beautifully decorated for the Christmas Season. Thanks so much!

Great condo, wonderful staff

We had a great weekend at Spring Brook Resort. We were actually able to check in several hours earlier than quoted. The unit was very clean, and all the appliances were functioning correctly. They have a great bar / restaurant / aquatics center in the center of the resort. I would highly recommend Spring Brook, and we will definitely return if we plan another trip in the area.

Nice place but a few issues

This was a decent property that accommodated our large group very well. The adjoining condominium units were well laid out as everyone had a nice common area to congregate, yet also had ample privacy as well. The location was very convenient and parking was easy. I had two face-to-face interactions with the girls at the front desk, and the staff was very accommodating, pleasant, and helpful. They also proactively offered discounted admission tickets to the Kalahari Resort which we took advantage of. The heating system worked very well which was a huge bonus given the frigid temperatures for our group from Florida. However, the property wasn't clean upon our arrival which was a big disappointment. It was apparent that the cleaning crew, who I never saw once during my 5-day stay, only provides a cursory service at best. There was a noticeable layer of dust on the dresser in each of the two bedrooms, the area underneath the couch appeared as if it hadn't been cleaned in over a year (gross), and the balcony had trash/debris on it. The quantity of bathroom towels provided were scarce and the towels were of very low quality (felt like sandpaper); the toilet paper was razor thin as well. They put us on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator in the building, so we had to carry all of our luggage up a flight of stairs which was a bit of an inconvenience. Lastly, we requested a later checkout time, but the front desk was not willing to accommodate our request saying that they had another party checking in immediately after us which I felt to be a bit odd given that the condo was probably 90% vacant on the day that we left. We returned to the condo about an hour after originally leaving because my wife felt that she left a personal item behind, but there was still no cleaning crew to be found. Things that make you go hmmmmmm. Overall, the property had positives and negatives. As long as your expectations are tempered, this isn't a terrible place to stay. It's probably just an "average" place from a value perspective.

Nice multi family vacation location

The rooms themselves were very nice and well supplied. Not extremely clean…kids noticed food under the pullout couches, and there was a flower pot FULL of cigarette buts on balcony. The staff…i received several phone calls the days prior to arrival. First telling me there are no early check ins, so we made plans to meet in thE Dells lunch. The day prior to arrival, 2-3 calls starting that we could check in at 1p. So, we made as tee time for 2p planning to unload our luggage and food in the room at 1, have lunch and golf. When we arrived, the room was not ready…thankfully we didn't have perishables that needed to be out of the heat. This staff was very friendly and helpful. On checkout, I wanted to let them know our concerns so they would be able to improve, but the older lady at the desk was rude…i explained that I had received phone calls encouraging us to come earlier, and she snapped, "we don't make phone calls like that. That's not our policy." I felt she thought I was lying about getting phone calls. She started telling me their policy, I stopped her and told her she should let her staff know the procedures. She was not apologetic regarding the cleanliness issues either.

In regards to the check in time, forgive us for the confusion. Check in is after 4pm per our rental policy. Guests are encouraged to plan for that timetable so as to avoid disappointment and to give our staff time to confirm a unit’s readiness . As a matter of standard practice, reservation agents are not to offer an earlier option unless we have verified the unit is in ready condition. This is where the miscommunication occurred among our staff. We are working on revising our policy for the future to minimize such errors. Please bear with us as we attempt to balance what past guests have come to expect and what we are hoping to be able to provide for future guests. We will also be using your review to improve on training with regards to interaction at check out. We appreciate your attempt to provide feedback and wish it had been handled in a more understanding manner. We are working on methods to implement a better approach.
