We were a group of 3 families with young children getting together for our annual Memorial Day weekend reunion and the Vashon Island Estate was absolutely perfect for us. From the moment you drive up it feels like you are in your own estate. The rope swing, hot tub, and popcorn machine were huge hits with all the kids. The driveway was amazing for the littles with their bikes. The kids had a ball looking for crabs on the beach. We all took a turn on the kayaks and paddle boards. And the view (and the multiple areas from the property to enjoy it) was phenomenal. Karla and Lara were both exceptionally responsive to all our questions. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. This home was a joy to stay in and we would love to come back again someday.

This is an amazing home!! Our guests came from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, St. George, Utah, and Portugal to celebrate our son’s 18th birthday. We were in awe at the stunning views, being directly on the water. We used the kayaks, played pool, badminton outside, played Xbox games, Pac man, had a bonfire & roasted marshmallows, we used the hot tub— loved having all the beach towels!! We cooked in the kitchen—it had everything you could think of needing/wanting in the kitchen! We had the fireplaces on to take the chill out of the rooms. It was just a perfect weekend!!

We had an amazing time at this huge property! My kids loved the tree swing, we enjoyed paddle boarding, dinners on the beautiful deck, and family time downstairs in the evening playing games. Communication with the host was extremely helpful and always very quick to respond. It’s truly a wonderful property and our only regret was not being able to spend more time there.

We had a great stay at this estate on Vashon Island. I had some concerns based on the listing that this might be too good to be true, but it is every bit as large, beautiful, and full of activities as the listing reads. The island has a handful of good restaurants, a charming town area, some good hikes, a decent 9 hole golf course that is open to the public on a couple afternoons, and ferry service on both the north and south ends of the island. There is also a water taxi that takes you to the heart of downtown Seattle. You will enjoy your stay on this island and property.
