#1 We don't run a Hotel, I arrange to rent my residential place when no one in my family from abroad are using the house. We will provide you with a cleaning towls and bed sheets to change your bed every two weeks and we will clean your place once per week upon request on your choose day and time for your privacy we can just provide you with extra clean towels and bed linens so we won't bother you.
#2 There are no washer and dryer in the apartment but we have a clothes wash basin in the ground floor can be use to all guests.
We can provide to wash your clothes during your stay for an additional cost
We can also provide a full time house keeper during your stay for an additional cost in case you want someone to clean and cook for you daily.
#3 I don't have air conditioning in the apartment however I can provide a fan, free of charge in the apartment.

Antaimby is center of the Market in Sambava and we are surrounded by the most popular stores in the city but away from the crowd.
5 mn to the farmers markets bazary kely and the popular largest store in town ( Maison Ravelo(Tandramena), Soamalaza, both takes visa card for purchase).

The apartment is located 15 min from the Sambava airport by taxi (price is about 50.000FMG about 3 Euro). It is 5mn from a popular outdoor market and has easy access to Sambava's main shopping areas. The distance to the coast is 10mn walk.
To visit the appartements you can check us out on google map and someone will show you the apartment if any are vacant.
From the Airport you can ask the Taxi to drop you off at Villa Cali one bloc away from Centre commercial Techno Behoririka.

Un grand appartement au premiere etage avec 1chambres a coucher, cuisine complet salle a manger, salon et grand salle de bain avec l'eau chaud. Tres propre, dans un location tres priver,calm.
Famme de menage valable en demende prix pas inclus.
Electricitec gas et l'eau chaud compris. Il y a de WiFi ilimiter tous compris mais je ne garant pas le qualitee.

Situer au premiere etage avec un entrer priver
L'apartement contient trois chambre a coucher, un grand armoir, un television ecran plat avec connection USB pour votre film, music,Canal Satelite television avec 80+ canal.
La cuisine bien equipez avec grand Frigidaire, salle a mange et le salon sont tout ensemble donc vous aller jamais menque rien de conversation entre vous.

- Au deuxieme et troisieme etage il y a de grand veranda que vous pouvez utilisez.
- Il n'y a pas de machine a laver dans l'appartement mais si vous avez besoin de nettoyer vos habillet vous pouvez utiliser le lave basin au rez de chausser ou on peut lavez vos vetement dans une autre arrangement.
Jai un group electrogene que vous pouvez utilize pendant les delestages de Jirama si vous souhaitez d'achetez le gas oil.

L'appartement est tout pour vous a votre discretion mais si vous avez besoin autre chose Saholy est aux rez de chausser a votre disposition pour facilitez de votre sejour. Nhesiter pas nous demander.
On nettoye l'apartement une fois par semaine a votre demande et change le drap de lit et le serviette tous compis.

Il n'ya pas de machine a laver dans l'apartement mais il y a de lave basin au rez de chaussez que vous pouver utiliser.
On peut lavez votre vetement pour une autre arrangement de prix.
L'apartement Sonoma est au premiere etage fermez avec un bareaux metalic et vous aver aller avoir la cle du bareaux pour vos securiter.
