THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA

All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt.

Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside the house give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.

THE LIVING AREA

The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch.

THE 3 BEDROOMS

The bedrooms are furnished with 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 Baby Crib and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep.

• Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, Baby Crib, Dedicated Workspace, Smart TV with en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed, Smart TV and a Workspace area
• Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed by the Pool!

2 FULL BATHROOMS
Fully-stocked Bathroom with everything you need: shampoo, body wash, along with a hairdryer and fresh towels.

OUTSIDE SPACE
It’s all part of a gated and fenced backyard that offers you a secure area to spend time together.
Dry off afterwards on the recliners around the yard, and kids and pets can enjoy safe areas to run around and burn off their energy

A big group needs lots of parking space, and here, the garage and driveway provide spaces for up to 4 vehicles.

In-unit washer, dryer, and detergent are available.

REMOTE WORKING
Fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, easily fast enough to make hosting an online meeting or sharing a large file with clients or colleagues easy.

Guest access
There’s a camera in front of the house and there’s a camera outside looking at the pool to protect the home and guests, also to prevent noise. There’s no other camera anywhere else.

FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite.

• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation.

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests.

• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "East Lexington Avenue El Cajon, CA 92019" for accurate distances.

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day.

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking.

• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home, we hope guests treat our home like their own.

• Safety devices on site?
There are 3 security devices

Two security cameras: One camera is in front of the house. The other camera is outside looking at the pool area. They both record the outdoor activities 24/7 to protect the home and guests. There’s no other camera anywhere else.

One noise decibel monitor: Pool area only to prevent prolonged loud-noise. The Minut noise level monitoring device does not record any audio. It only monitors the noise level all the time and will let you know if you are potentially too noisy for the neighborhood.

• Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests) and pets.

• Is smoking allowed? Please Smoke OUTSIDE of the home only. Do NOT smoke inside the home.

• Guest needs to present their ID as a part of the check-in process

Key-related issues:
• If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside.

A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc.

Pet Reminder: If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints
