The Space:

The heart of this home boasts a spacious living room, perfect for gathering and relaxation. Enjoy movie nights on the comfy sectional sofa. Six bedrooms provide ample sleeping arrangements: three with queen-size beds, one with a queen bed and futon, another with a double bed and a single trundle, and a final room with two bunk beds. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a stove/oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, and dishwasher, complemented by a breakfast bar and a full dining table. Entertainment options abound with a ping pong table. Outside, a backyard oasis awaits with a mini golf course, cornhole boards, a fire pit with rocking Adirondack chairs, and a complete outdoor cooking area with a grill, fridge, bar seating, and a covered TV. The fenced-in front yard offers an alternative area for when the sun hits the front of the house.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all areas and amenities, including the private pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and game room with a pool table and ping pong table. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, and fire pit in the garden or backyard. The house features six bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. Amenities include wireless internet, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a garage.

Nestled in the heart of Santee, our home offers a blend of suburban tranquility and convenient access to local attractions. You'll find a variety of dining options nearby, from casual eateries to family-friendly restaurants. Explore the local shops and boutiques, perfect for a leisurely afternoon of browsing. For outdoor enthusiasts, numerous parks and recreational areas are just a short drive away, offering opportunities for hiking, biking, and enjoying the California sunshine. While specific walking distances vary, most amenities are easily accessible by car, making this a perfect base for exploring the greater San Diego area. Located 5 minutes from the Santee Sports Complex.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! While a car is recommended to explore the San Diego area, you'll find convenient options nearby. The closest bus stop is a short walk away, offering access to local routes. For those flying in, San Diego International Airport (SAN) is approximately a 25-minute drive. Parking is available: you can utilize the driveway. This allows you to explore the local area and beyond with ease.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is available for $150 per night. Please notify us in advance if you intend to bring pets with you and specify the number of pets. Please be aware that there is a pet fee of $100 per pet. This fee is necessary to cover additional cleaning and maintenance to ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation.
