Este condominio frente al mar de un solo nivel, exquisitamente remodelado, está ubicado a solo unos pasos de la playa y de todas las comodidades que hacen que las vacaciones en Monterey Dunes sean tan especiales. La unidad en sí fue ampliada y completamente remodelada hace solo unos años. Además de remodelar con buen gusto la cocina y los baños, se agregó un tercer dormitorio, con sus gloriosas vistas de las dunas y el Océano Pacífico. Imagina ver a los delfines retozando en el surf desde la comodidad de tu propia cama. Un corto paseo de dos minutos lo lleva a las instalaciones recreativas donde puede nadar, jugar tenis, baloncesto, shuffleboard, voleibol o bochas. O tal vez desee darse un capricho tomando un baño relajante en la bañera de hidromasaje. Esta unidad lo tiene todo - ¡Ubicación fabulosa! Impresionante casa!

Great house in a quiet location

The house was great for our family. Close to Monterey and other locations if we wanted to venture out. Quiet with beach access if we didn't.

Beautiful!

We stayed here with my daughter and her family. It had beautiful views of the ocean, was very clean, and a great location. We’d definitely come back again!!

Lovely place

We had a wonderful time. Clean, comfortable, great layout. Fully stocked kitchen - bring your own food, spices, condiments if you plan use the kitchen and eat in. Beautiful ocean views from most rooms of the home. Lovingly cared for unit. Bedrooms well spaced from each other. Very quiet. We enjoyed trying Phil's restaurant as recommended. We also headed to Monterey and Pacific Grove - 30 minutes away, more sun there that day. Would love to stay again sometime.

Better Than The Pictures!

I feel like the pictures don't do this home justice. It is a spacious, beautifully decorated, well equipped, and comfortable home. It is literally steps to the ocean and the views are amazing. The beds were great, the showers were great, and the place was spotless. The protected dunes are truly beautiful. We would stay here again in a flash!

Family group of four

I stayed in 204 Monterey Dunes Way with my adult daughter and two grandsons. We loved the location of the VRBO home on the ocean front and close to the pool and hot tub. The space was tidy and nicely decorated ... very comfortable for all of us. The location in Monterey Dunes was also great for all the activities we had planned ... to Santa Cruz, Capitola, Castroville, Monterey, Carmel and 17-Mile Drive. We had a great time and would like to return again. VSchaff

Long Weekend Monterey Dunes Colony 204

The internet was not working. Very difficult to get it reset. The cabinet holding all the tv equipment was unstable, wobbly and no one picked up phone after 5 to help. Most of the bedding, some of the kitchen equipment, and a leather couch were too old and in need of replacement. The floor plan was nice and so were the bathrooms. This unit, at the price, really needs some updating to make guests feel welcome.

House was comfortable. The complex is quiet, never heard any neighbors but did see many people using the walkways to the beach. The condo has an enclosed front patio area to enjoy a meal outside, and a walkway to the beach from the back deck. There are steps/stairs without handrails, so young children and seniors may need assistance stepping up/down the 3 - 4 steps.There is a lot of space for a family of up to 6 to enjoy (we were only 3 people). There are plenty of large windows to watch the ocean, sailboats and fishing boats passing by and beautiful sunsets. Kitchen has plenty of cups, glasses, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc. Bring your own food, seasonings, oils, etc. There are puzzles & games in the credenza by the dining table. There is a fireplace, and wood was available, however no kindling (we bought some). After searching for matches or a lighter, we found the lighter in a kitchen drawer, but no grate in the fireplace so the wood wouldn't stay lit, and we couldn't enjoy it Both bathrooms are spacious, with plenty of towels. No bath mats for the inside of the tub or shower, so be careful not to slip. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful and relaxing

I've stayed in several of the units and this is my favorite. This end unit is in a perfect location, near the pool and spa and a few steps to the beach. The kitchen and baths have been updated and nicely appointed. My friends loved it too.

Extraordinary!

The entire process was very easy with no trouble during checkin. The staff were extremely helpful and the property was beautiful. It’s literally about 85 paces from the deck to the sand of the beach. The rooms are spacious and the house was very clean. In addition to this we were just a stones throw from the pool and hot tub with access to a two car garage. I can’t say enough great things about this property and we will absolutely be back next year.

My wedding anniversary

I came here to celebrate what would have been our 51st wedding anniversary..my husband died 4 years ago. I was not disappointed coming here.. beautiful views of the ocean, the beach just steps away.. peaceful and beautiful! Weather was perfect.. unit was comfortable and super clean and beautiful. I hope to come back many times..

Cleanliness

The rental was pretty clean, just found some hair in the master bathroom. One strand on the clean towels and one in the shower. Not much, but it is the reason I gave only 4 stars. I am waiting on the refund of the security deposit, I’m a little concerned that I haven’t heard anything yet about it.

Nice property close to the beach

Great property. Loved being able to see the ocean and hear the waves. We spent time walking the 1 minute to play and build sand castles with our two little kids. The furniture was nothing fancy, but functional. The house was clean and comfortable and loved the big windows in the living room looking towards the ocean.

Perfect autumn stay on the Monterey coast

Great home. Perfect for my husband and I to enjoy some rest and relaxation while enjoying the amazing view from this house. Could easily have included another couple or a few kids. House had plenty of space, super clean and everything you need for a great visit. Hope to come back again for another stay here in the future. Loved it!!

great location. incredible view of the ocean. fell asleep listening to the waves. home was clean. had lots of extras such as games, books, firewood. the only problem was the tv remote would not allow connection to streaming apps like netflix,. there was no one to contact over the weekend to fix. however it was actually a good thing as we enjoyed conversations without getting distracted by a movie

Wonderful Location and Amazing Views

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The open concept had a large kitchen off of the living room and dining space. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools, pans and small appliances. We made a quick trip to get groceries, and we were able to enjoy homemade breakfasts, lunches and dinners while we stayed here. This was great because we were happy to stay at the condo and enjoy the beach. There is a boardwalk that leads to the expansive beach. It was so peaceful and we were usually the only ones on it. The condo is also located across the street from the clubhouse. It was just a quick stroll across the street to the community pool. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. This was a great unit in a great location.
