Your backyard is the semiprivate beach and ocean when youā€™re vacationing at our 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome that sleeps 8. Relax and enjoy the ocean and breathtaking views and beautiful sunset. The road leading to our home is private and our home is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood.

We are excited to share with you our home which has been featured on the television show Staycation which films unique vacation rentals all around the world. Staycation broadcasts on the Destination Channel which includes NBC & CBS and has earned 7 emmy awards. Our home named Seaclusion has been selected based on it's unique features making it an excellent destination for families looking for a one of a kind home experience to create special lifelong memories.

All three stories of the house overlook the ocean. The top floor has the main bedroom with a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. There is a washer and dryer available for our guests to use.

The middle floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a 42 inch flat screen TV with cable & WiFi and a gas fireplace. The dining area is near the kitchen where you can share meals & visit with each other. The outdoor deck has a gas BBQ and seating. There is also a third bedroom with a double bed & an adjacent bathroom with a shower on this level.

On the lower floor there is a large family room with 3 sofas, a flat screen TV and wall to wall sliding glass doors that provide easy access to the beach. Itā€™s a quiet place to read, relax or watch TV.

There are often sightings of dolphins, whales, seals, pelicans diving for fish & migrating birds. You can enjoy collecting seashells on one of Santa Cruz Countyā€™s longest semiprivate beaches and take walks on the sand while enjoying the ocean. Some guests enjoy building a fire & roasting marshmallows on the beach while listening to the waves pound against the shore.

Itā€™s a very special beach home with a real home feeling & original artwork created by the owner. We hope you come & enjoy this magical place with your family and friends!

A perfect getaway on the ocean

A beautiful place to get away and unwind at the beach. I have stayed in a house like this before when my friend owned one and it brought back such incredible memories. Quiet beach rental

Lovely property which seemed like we had our own private beach. There is no grocery shopping or restaurants close and we thought the rental had a hot tub but really enjoyed our stay, Beach towels, beach chair and beach toys were available. I could watch the kids on the beach from the porch. I would rent the property again.

Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this ocean front home. You could hear and view the ocean from each of the 3 stories. It was nice to be able to have a space for the children to enjoy themselves as well as a separate space for the adults to mingle. We definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a cozy, spacious and comfortable place to enjoy a swmi private beach.

Great girls weekend away for birthday

We had a great time! Disappointed that there is no hot tub. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom on second floor needs work. Mold problem. The BBQ, chairs, etc were in great shape. We all really enjoyed our time in such a beautiful place. We will stay here again.

Awesome view of the ocean , if you want a private beach this is the place to go , bring a box of Yule log and you can have a bonfire at night itā€™s awesome since itā€™s private they no one that bothers you and you can enjoy time with the family

The house has been recently renovated, and contains unique, original art that has been created by the owner.

I'm a lover of the wondrous ocean. Every time I'm at our beautiful home and go out on the deck to see the spectacular view of the water, I'm always amazed.

The sunsets are breathtakingly beautiful. Many people use this time of day to build a bon- fire which are legal at our semi private beach, have an outdoor picnic and roast marshmallows..
