Happy 52nd Anniversary! It was a pleasure to host you!
Our place was left super clean and in great shape. Communication was excellent. Don't hesitate to rent to them!
We were so impressed. Every detail was well thought out. From the soft bedding and towels, to the nice appliances, to the cleanliness, to the little extras (for us it was s'mores and coffee/hot cocoa), we could tell a lot of thought went into our stay. We enjoyed the peaceful quiet of the lot - there is a quiet spot to just sit and enjoy the tide rolling in and out that we used much more than we thought we would. We did have questions during and before our stay and the hosts were quick, thorough, and kind in their responses. The night sky was more than we could have asked for. The location was also perfect in its remoteness, yet close proximity to Acadia. In short, it felt like a quiet and peaceful home away from home, and we are grateful to the hosts and their attention to detail!
If you are looking for a clean beautiful house to rent this is your place. The house was well stocked and had a spacious kitchen. It was super quiet and had a beautiful waterfront surrounding the home. The owners were great to communicate with during our stay.
House was beautiful and clean, and property was breathtaking. Easy drives to all Acadia parks. Hosts were very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for more, we will be back!

Thank you for the lovely review! You were fantastic guests, and we’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime!
Loved the house and property! Best stocked kitchen I have ever seen with every appliance and utensil. Secluded, quiet, and a great view of West Bay. Just the place for my little family of introverts looking to get away from the menschenmassen of Washington, DC. Missing Maine already.
This house and location were excellent. We wanted something close to water and away from other people. We drank coffee and watched the tide change each morning while also watching birds and wildlife in the bay. At night we watched stars and satellites overhead with a clear view from the deck. The suggestions provided for food, groceries and activities were spot on as well. And one other thing; we travel quite a bit but have never stayed at a place that was beautifully decorated! And with so many small touches added just for the guests. We absolutely loved staying here.
