What are you waiting for? This is the brightest star in Pointe Santo! You'll love relaxing in paradise in our beautifully decorated home. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, plus den unit has it all and was remodeled in September, 2015. All of the cabinets in both baths and the kitchen have been replaced with custom white cabinets with bead board fronts. Stainless steel appliances have also been installed. In September of 2013, another renovation took place and included granite countertops, kitchen backsplash, new plush carpet, plantation shutters, sconce lighting, fresh paint, front screen door, mirrors, lighting, shower doors in both baths, and new ceiling fans! Most of the furniture, including on the lanai, is also new and is island style and very comfortable. Mattresses, sheets, bedspreads, towels, art, and flat screen tvs are also new. A bonus room can be used as a den or an extra room for one of the kids. The remodeled kitchen provides all of the comforts of home and is very well equipped with glassware, dishes, pots and pans, gadgets, and small appliances. Cooking a simple lunch or preparing a gourmet dinner is a cinch here. If you prefer, take advantage of one of the 9 gas grills located on the property.

Our location near the elevator on the 3rd floor provides you with a beautiful view of the vast beach, glorious gulf, lush grounds, lagoon, and afternoon sun. Our assigned parking space is right by the elevator so no need to worry about hauling groceries or luggage a long distance.

Cool day? No problem, the afternoon sun will warm you up. Warm day? Again, no worries as the 6 ceiling fans will keep you cool. Keep your luggage light and leave your hair dryers and beach towels at home. We provide them for you! Beach chairs, shelling tools, beach toys, and noodles are also provided. We have a large assortment of dvds, books, games, and puzzles for all ages to enjoy. We also provide an iHome so you can listen to music from your iPod, iPad, or iPhone.

Why Pointe Santo? We are located on West Gulf Drive, at the Southern most tip of the island, situated on 10 acres of land with 600 feet of beach frontage. The beach is at its widest point on the island here, providing plentiful shells and stunning sunsets. These sunsets can't be beat and are a nightly ritual at Pointe Santo. Amenities at Pointe Santo include a heated fresh water pool (with daily adult swim hours of 9-10am and 4-5pm), lounge chairs on the beach, volleyball net on the beach, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 tennis courts, and hot tub. The clubhouse is located by the pool and the on-site activities director launches the scheduled daily activities from here. A schedule of each week's programs for ages 4 to adult is posted here. Some typical activities include shell crafts, hair braiding, educational beach walks, bingo, board games, card games, ice cream socials, and volleyball instructions. Walk a short distance on the beach for a poolside lunch or cocktail.

Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, with more than 7000 acres of wild lands and waters, and the Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum are must sees. For the active traveler, be sure to ride bikes along the 25 mile bike path that stretches the entire length of the island. Or, kayak through Tarpon Bay and see the wildlife. The Sanibel Farmers' Market is another 'must do'! It is every Sunday October-May. Our unit rents Saturday-Saturday, 7 night minimum.

  • Both bedrooms are very spacious with lots of closet and drawer space. Other units at Pointe Santo have a locked owners closet in the master bedroom. Ours is open, allowing for more space for you! Mattresses are new as of April, 2013. The living room has a queen size sofa bed and the den has a twin size sofa bed.
