This updated mountain modern home has a chef's kitchen to make wonderful meals for everyone, two amazing family areas with fireplaces, a beautiful deck with upscale outdoor furniture & hot tub to relax in; bedrooms with new beds and crisp clean bedding to fall asleep in, master bathrooms with steam showers.

The home is on one of the only dead-end streets in the area, so it is quiet without the traffic noise of I-70 at night. You will get a good night's rest.

Cleanliness and safety are a top priority. We use only white freshly laundered linens including the duvets for all bedrooms & bathrooms. We regularly test the smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. This home uses Nest protection smoke alarms so you know your family is safe.

Property is equipped with a large grill, newest X Box, ski racks in the garage, mudroom for boots, etc.

If you have small children they can be right outside riding bikes without worry. In addition, the property is one house down from a small pocket park where adults can be outside throwing the frisbee with the teenagers while the younger children swing on a small playground.

Another pocket park down the street serves as the arena for pond hockey in the winter. At the end of the street is a small private pathway that leads directly to the practice tee on the golf course. There is a path to walk to the first tee, practice range and pool.

Two hiking trails start just a street over. In the winter, If you are a good skier you can ski down from Rose Bowl at Beaver Creek to the property.

Eagle-Vail golf course community is minutes from skiing, hiking, and fly fishing. It sits between Beaver Creek (12 min) and Vail (11min). Community pool, driving range, 1st tee and hiking trails a block away.

Our family stays here 20 weekends a year, so all the comforts of home are available to you; includes large dining room table so everyone can sit down together, large open kitchen so you can prepare memorable meals, comfortable beds with luxurious linens for a great night's rest, wonderful entertainment system with DVDs and complete music collection to entertain in the evening. Home has central A/C for the warm summer afternoons.

The spacious living areas are what makes this property special and unique compared to most rentals in the area. The bedrooms are large so you can spread out and relax. Each master includes a flat screen TV. The dens are also large where groups can play games or enjoy a glass of wine.

Two car garage

Large fully stocked kitchen includes restaurant quality cookware, outdoor deck with grill. Listen to the extensive music collection via the Sonos system in the dens and kitchen.

This home is conveniently located in the Community of Eagle-Vail, a residential golf course community, local amenities include a community swimming pool, two golf courses, driving range, free putting & chipping green, free tennis courts, pocket park playgrounds and national forest trails. Additionally, the home is close to the Eagle River (popular for fly fishing & kayaking). Enjoy bike touring on the trail system connecting Vail, Eagle-Vail, Avon and Edwards along the Eagle River and Gore Creek.

This community is also located close to the towns of Avon, Edwards & Minturn, home to dozens of shops, groceries, and restaurants. Wonderful outdoor concerts are held at Ford Amphitheater adjacent to the award winning Betty Ford Botanical Gardens in Vail. There are several farmers markets in the area during the summer and early fall. Edwards has theirs on Friday, Minturn on Saturday and Sunday is the largest of them all in Vail.

Wedding parties are welcome as the home is close to the EagleVail Pavilion (blocks away), Donavan Pavilion (7 miles) Vail Chapel (8 miles) & Beaver Creek Chapel (3 miles) and 4 Eagle Ranch (25 minutes)

Great Home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We had family and friends with us and there was space for everyone and a great fully loaded kitchen that made breakfast and dinner preparation easy! Great location being just 10-15 minutes from either Beaver Creek or Vail. Matt was great to work with and super helpful! We will be back.

Fantastic Stay!

Matt was flexible, responsive and accommodating. The house was well situated for adults and older teens/young adults with two living areas. The kitchen had everything you needed and then some to cook without having to run to the store for a spice or foil and the steam showers in the bathrooms were TOP NOTCH after a day of skiing. Will come again!

Great down to every detail!

The Communication upon arriving was detailed and easy to follow, and we had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen had every gadget and spice we would need, the pantry was stocked, the giant wooden board games were nice, and the hot tub was great. We had 2 families of 4 with room to spare, and the kids loved sledding down the hill just a short walk up the street.

Fantastic property minutes away from the base of Beaver Creek. The owner does an exceptional job managing the property and communicating throughout the rental process. The home easily accommodated 5 adults and 3 young children. The downstairs suite is essentially soundproof, making it ideal for putting the young ones down at night. We cooked every night and had all the necessary kitchenware. The hot tub and steam showers were incredible after a long day of skiing. Already looking into a summer trip back to this property. A+

Amazing house

This home and it’s owner were amazing! We felt like we were renting a good friend or relative’s home - It did not have the bare bones, stark, minimalist feel that many rentals have. Instead it was beautifully furnished, decked out with high end appliances, sound system, heated floors, steam Shore’s, supplies, pantry items, even liquor that the owner generously supplies and shares. Before arrival the owner sent detailed instructions and recommendations for the home. He also checked in on us and was very available if needed. It really felt like he tried to think of every possible thing to make the home enjoyable and comfortable. Our group was so happy with the home, we cooked in almost every night, used the very clean hot tub with supplied towels and sandals played games around the huge circular kitchen table and in the two comfortable dens and basically never wanted to leave when we weren’t skiing! I could go on and on about all of the bells and whistles this home has - just know that this home is very special especially when it comes to rentals - you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful Home - Great location

Our family of six adults stayed at the Eagle-Value property over a long weekend in September. The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you could need and more! The owner/manager Matt goes to great lengths to ensure a smooth checkin/checkout and a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the nearby tennis courts, hiking and the charming neighborhood. We also visited both Vail and Beaver Creer. I hope to have the opportunity to go back!

Lovely home

Matt’s home is exactly that - a clean and charming sanctuary from hustle and bustle of a long active day. Exceeded expectations

From my first engagement with Matt (owner) I knew we were in good hands. The house was incredibly well stocked, very clean and close proximity to all the activities the Vail Valley is known for. We had family and friends rotating into the house over a three week period and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of privacy. Matt arranged his fantastic cleaning crew to come to the house twice during our stay which was great.wpuld highly recommend eating this property.

The house was generously supplied with all necessary items and nice linens. The kitchen is excellent for cooking with well stocked pantry the owner graciously allowed us to use. Loved having the Sonos sound system to use. The hot tub is great and proximity to park was an added bonus. Nice neighborhood community so you really can feel you are at home.

Great Beaver Creek Ski Trip

This was a fantastic property and our 2 families (total of 10 adults and children) had a wonderful experience. I have never had such a pleasant experience at a VRBO. Matt (owner) was extremely nice to deal with and was a pleasure whenever we had any questions about the house or even just his recs about Beaver Creek in general (it was our first visit). The house was completely stocked with all of the essentials that we needed. There were more than enough clean towels and sheets. The Sonos system is great for listening to music throughout the house. Even the cupboard is stocked with many cooking essentials so you don't have to go to the store to buy the absolute basics like salt/pepper/olive oil/etc. Location was great for our needs (about 10 min drive to Beaver Creek village or much closer to the parking lots or Avon lifts). Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would happily rent again if we make it back out to Beaver Creek or Vail! Thanks Matt!

We had 4 couples for a ski trip and had an amazing time. It was a great distance between both Vail and Beaver Creek. Matt was great to communicate with and made sure we were all settled. The layout of the house was great for 8 with plenty of room to hang out and eat around the table. Would highly recommend!

Active father with two children who enjoy skiing, hiking and biking. In the winter we ski Beaver Creek / Vail most weekends while in the summer we enjoy biking up Vail pass and soaking up the sunshine.

Why they chose this property

We looked extensively all over the Vail valley before choosing this house. The house sits on a quiet street, away from the highway noise. The street has a small park close by, a pathway to golf course and pool, and is within easy walking distance to hiking trails. A bike trail that runs the length of the Valley is close by as well. Easy access to either Vail or Beaver Creek.

In the winter our kids ski home from Beaver Creek via an exit area in Rose Bowl - this is for experts only. We spend more than 20 weeks and weekends here a year.

What makes this property unique

Not your typical rental. Lots of room. Two master suites and two dens. Everything is here that you need when you arrive, from a stocked kitchen, with spices, cooking oils to other amenities that families need and enjoy. xbox live for the kids downstairs downstairs in the evening, vitamix for smoothies in the mornings, steam shower in one master, jetted tub in the other, flat screen tvs in both masters and main den. Sonos system with complete music collection to over 400 DVDs to enjoy.
