Forest Beach Townhome - 2BR/1.5 Bath - Short Walk to Beach & Beach Park
Hilton Head Cabana 4 is a updated and well decorated townhouse located in South Forest Beach directly facing S. Forest Beach Road (easy access). Close access to beach access and bike baths make it one of the best located townhomes in the Cabanas. It has a with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The first floor consists of the kitchen (with laundry facilities), living room, dining room, a powder room along with an outside patio complete with a gas grill. The second floor contains both the primary bedroom (king bed) plus the guest bedroom (two twin beds) as well as a full bathroom just off the hallway in between the two bedrooms. The swimming pool and kiddie pool are located out the back door in the extremely spacious courtyard. Pool is open March - October. This unit is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza and also 10 minutes from the new Low Country Celebration Park. Please be aware that No Pets are permitted.
