Surf Court 54 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. This property is 1.5 blocks from the beach and also from Van der Meer Tennis Center. Queen bed in master bedroom, another Queen along with a twin day bed in Guest BR. Vacationers will love this well appointed updated 2BR/2.5 bath upstairs townhouse. Easy walking distance to and from the beach (1/4 mile/5 minutes) and convenient parking just in front of the unit enhance the experience. This unit offers a great view from the living room & balcony which also provides easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large recently renovated swimming pool. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and the new Low Country Celebration Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Surf Court 54 has been remodeled and includes an updated kitchen new master bathroom with walk in shower, guest bath renovation and a new stack washer & dryer combo This unit provides a quiet environment perfect for work from home renters with fast and stable wifi.

Nice for beach getaway

Location is great with a 5-minute walk to beach and shopping and restaurants within short driving distance. Good amount of space and comfortable for lounging. Would book a stay here again.

Wonderful townhome

We loved it. Beautifully decorated and immaculate townhouse close to beach and Coligny. We will definitely rent this one again. Everything inside looks brand new. Balcony overlooks pool. We were so happy there.

First stay at HHI

The property was clean but a few things were broken. The screen door to the patio and blinds in the parking side bedroom were both broken. The ice maker also does not work. The unit itself was clean and ready for us.

Great location, however, cleanliness was an issue, floors were gritty and dust bunnies in the bedrooms were evident… had to kill 3 “bugs” in the condo and storm doors lower piston bracket literally fell off when we were going into the unit… Lighting outside on steep steps needs to be improved.. too dark..little things… but overall we did have a great time ..

Great location, worst experience at Surf Court

This is my fourth stay at Surf Court & our last. I went with 20 people in 5 condos. Day one, we had issues with the WiFi & the living room curtain was broken. I sent an email, & was only responded to about the WiFi. They had a lower case o on the paper and expected us to know it is actually a zero. We came back from another condo, and there was a random man trying to figure out the WiFi. No warning at all, could have easily let me know ahead of time. He also kept putting in lower case o instead of 0 but eventually figured it out.First few days of our trip were rainy, we were so excited to enjoy the pool on the first sunny day. Lo & behold it is closed. I sent an email about it, but never got a response. The rest of my party got responses. The power got taken out so the emergency phone line/filter weren’t working. The pool was closed the rest of our time at the condo. I’ve been going to HHI for 30 years. Seashore should have sent an email to all renters regarding this, not waiting for us to reach out & they absolutely should have provided an alternative pool option. Other vacation rentals would have and have in my past experiences. Very disappointed with Seashore Vacations.Out of all 5 condos, this one was the least stocked. 3 coffee mugs. All the knives were dull, I could barely cut up a watermelon & no knife sharpener. One bed is hard, one is soft (personal preference) but it was hard enough to purchase a tempur-pedic topper. Pros- early check in, clean, location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit in Hilton Head and enjoyed our stay at Surf Court 54. The location was great and was within walking distance of most of the shops and restaurants that we wanted to visit. The weather was also great, and we enjoyed our time at the beach. The team at Seashore Vacations was also great and very helpful. My only recommendation for Surf Court 54 would be to focus more on the housekeeping. We pulled some dirty dishes out of the cabinet and there appears to be some light bulbs burnt out in the kitchen. They might want to take a look at the entrance appeal. Maybe hose down the steps every couple of weeks and clean up the trash receptacle area. We will be back!

Reviewer Comments: My family has been going down to Hilton Head every year for what I remember to be the last decade or longer and we have stayed near Coligny beach with SeaShore every time. They do a great job overall with communication and setting forth expectations of your trip. This unit was awesome with easy to clean tile floors as well as newer vinyl plank throughout the upstairs. My only gripe was that the unit that we rented advertised two queen beds that felt more like full-size beds. The only other minor issue that we had was that one of our showers drain seemed to be clogged or was not draining properly and made taking showers a bit more challenging without the water potentially overflowing. Nonetheless, we will be coming back in the future for sure!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was mostly as pictured. We did encounter some issues however. The hvac unit was not working properly when we arrived. It wasn’t particularly necessary at first but still an issue. We called the property management and they came out promptly and an hvac person was also by quickly. However whatever was wrong with the system was not an easy fix. But the property management was great and had other unit available to move in to. So it was a little bit of a hassle but it worked out because we liked the other place better. But overall this is a nice unit. I’m sure when the hvac is fixed/working there would be no issues staying here.

Only negative experience was the other vacationers within the complex; there was a large family group of 20+ people who took over the common area/pool. They took over most pool chairs by placing towels out prior to the pool hours, however not spent an hour or two at the pool. Would’ve been nice if the management office stopped this so other vacationers could enjoy the pool also.

Our third stay with Seashore Vacations and have always found them very helpful and responsive. We enjoy this location as it allows easy access to the beach and is within a short walk of Coligny Plaza and restaurants (particularly enjoyed Kenny B's). A great stay overall and would definitely recommend.

Perfect Location

Reviewer Comments: On a positive note- the location to the beach and restaurants was spot on! We were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go.What was wrong- as we entered, a dead cockroach was in the kitchen floor. As we went upstairs to put our luggage down, there was a dead cockroach in each of the bedroom floors. My husband had to plunge the master sink upon arrival as is was stopped up. The TV downstairs would not come on. I called and reported and was told someone would be there within the hour as they were close by. Three hours later, no one had come and I had been sitting there waiting unable to go anywhere! I called back and within 10 minutes a young, pleasant guy came and promptly fixed the tv. Another problem- HAIR!!! We took our shoes off at the front door and within a few minutes- all 4 of us had socks covered in hair! Disgusting! I loved the location but would not stay here again because of the lack of cleanliness!
