Accommodation was lovely, we'll stocked and in working order for our unit. The facility was not well marked. Two exit signs to exterior. We took an exit that was closer to our destination, which immediately locked behind us. The code for entry did not work and the alleyway gate was locked. There is no after hours answering service for Adobe Properties. We were trapped. No signage on the door that said do not use, not an exit as we couldn't get out of the alley.Email was the only way to communicate, with little confirmation our request for help was heard. Fortunately some kind locals used our access code and entered the building to let us in. Emergency services in Santa Fe told us to find our own locksmith. Not a great response for visitors who dont know the city!Parking was also an issue. While we had a permit, when reentering mid day, spots were all filled. We had to wait for an open spot for far too much time, or spent more on Ubers knowing if we used the car, we would not find parking. Be prepared for parking issues or just stay in the plaza are and walk. If you want to go hike or see other beautiful destinations, know you may not have a spot upon return.
