Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum of 3 vehicles on the property at any given time. Parking is in front of house on the gravel area next to the main road.
2 dogs Max. $20 fee per dog /per night goes to cleaners. Weekly dog fee $100/dog, Monthly $200/dog. Please keep dogs off furniture. No Cats.
Quiet time is between the hours of 9am and 10pm. Please be respectful to our neighbors.

Amazing time at a great house.

My family and I had a great time. My kids and I enjoyed playing the yard games provided. We also enjoyed the hot tub, the fire-pit, and especially the creek. This is a great house for a family with kids who love to explore the outdoors and want to stay close to Asheville.
