Very nice villa with 2 self contained apartments within the villa, lovely view from front terrace balcony, 2 minutes from shingle beach. Very quiet, 15 minute walk to the nearest bar and local shop.

Ideal location, spacious villa, everything we needed!

We loved this house - it was just perfect for our family group of 11 adults. Everything was there that we needed, and it’s really spacious. The pool was great, the beach was less than 2 minutes walk away, beach-side bars and cafes a short walk further - everything we could need. The owner was really helpful whenever we needed to contact him. We had a really great holiday here!

Perfect property for families and friends

Absolutely loved our stay at the Villa. Perfect for children through to adults. Excellent facilities, lots of space and right next to the beach. The property is finished to a high standard with everything you would need for your holiday. Everything was very clean on arrival and the host was friendly, attentive, always fast to respond and support and additional requests. Very much recommend this accommodation.

Summer holiday

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa in Slatine. The property was quite well equiped. The owner was always helpful. The location was great, with a short distance to the sea. The beach was not over crowded. The only weak point was wifi as it was very slow. Overall we had a pleasant time and would visit this property again.

Great House & Location

The house was great. The owner was very nice, showed us around the house and gave tips about the area. The house is the last on the street, which ensures complete privacy. The beach is 1 minute walk away. All in all we were very pleasantly surprised.

Wonderful house

A spacious, practical and beautiful house, with two separate apartments conjoined which allows large groups to get some time away from each other as well as a large dining table for big get-togethers. The pool is great and the beach simply stunning and very close by. Hiking and jogging possibilities were also nice. Walking distance from Slatine, where restauarants are nice and you get the Bura Line boat connection. The host was great and very helpful.

a very nice house

a really nice house you felt very comfortable the owner was very friendly we would recommend it to everyone very comfortable beds to sleep on had everything you could wish for. we would come back anytime it was absolutely worth it a dream. and one more thing i forgot my jacket the owner sent it more in the mail

Perfect property for large family holiday

This was a fantastic villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and the outside oven was perfect for large family to eat together. The villa is situated at the quiet end of Slatine so there was no noise or traffic but could be a little trek if you are not so mobile as there is also a steep incline. However this incline gives you a spectacular view over the bay. The boat ride into Split was an experience as there is no respect for any queue and in fact it really was a fight to actually board! It was everyone for themselves with even young children trampled on in the rush to get on. It was disgusting and dangerous so watch out if you use the ferry in peak season. The resort has some basic bars and restaurants but you do need a car if you are wanting to do a big shop for food. There is a very small grocery shop in Slatine but it is very limited on what it stocks. A lovely touch is the daily bread van that toots its horn at the bottom of the incline near the beach. Very cheap and delicious! Overall we had a great holiday and would highly recommend.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren zu zwölft dort und hatten genug Platz. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Auch das Check out . Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Mycket bra upplevelse.

Vi bodde tre familjer med totalt 4 barn i ålder 5-17 år. Lätt med parkering, nära stranden, bekvämt och rent i huset, fin pool och en fin uteplats med grill. Värden var väldigt serviceminded och kommunikation med honom var problemfri.

Internet und Standort

Alles super in dem Haus. Sehr preiswert und wundervoller Ausblick vom Haus. Wirklich ein Traum. Das einzige Problem ist das Internet, da alles wirklich ewig lädt oder sogar gar nicht. Dazu kommt die Lage. Wenn man was unternehmen möchte muss man um die 40 Minuten einplanen um irgendwo hinzukommen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir (6 Kinder & 6 Erwachsene) haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein super schönes Haus, nah am Strand mit einem tollen Ausblick. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Der Pool und der gesamte Außenbereich sind sehr gepflegt. Vor dem Haus, auf dem Gelände können 3 Autos parken. Möglich sogar 4 Autos. Die 2 übereinander liegenden Wohnungen haben wir mit 12 Personen genutzt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, erkundigte sich auch zwischendurch, ob alles in Ordnung ist und war zur Anreise und Abreise pünktlich vor Ort.

Family vacation

Great big house with everything you need. The house is near the beach and the pool area at the house is perfect! We were 12 persons and it is a lot of space with bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner is nice and helpful!

Le propriétaire est parfait : gentil, souriant, accueillant et répond rapidement aux messages. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette maison avec des lits spacieux et confortables. Je n'ai pas mit 5 étoiles à la propreté car le frigo sentait le désinfectant, ce qui a donné un sale goût aux aliments restés non emballés. Cela est sûrement dû à la période Covid mais un nettoyage du frigo au produit vaisselle n'aurait pas laissé cette odeur et aurait été aussi efficace. A part ça, tout était excellent.

Fantastisk utsikt

Stort hus med 2 lägenheter, som vi använde som 1. Huset var väl utrustat med allt man behöver, fräscht och rent. Mycket privat läge med soldäck utan insyn och jättefin pool. Otroligt vacker utsikt över havet. Mycket nära till fin strand med snorkling. Fina utflykter till Trogir och Split. Lite långt till affärer och restauranger, man behöver bil och det är trångt i trafiken. Srdan som ägde huset var mycket positiv och hjälpsam.
