Recently renovated with new flooring, bedding and electronics this three bedroom two and a half bathroom waterfront condo welcomes you to enjoy all the luxuries of the lake!

Retreat to the Master Suite with King Bed, private bath, TV/DVD, deck access, and a water view. The second bedroom with a King Bed and TV/DVD has an attached half bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and TV/DVD, while the living room has a queen sofa sleeper (sleeps 8). There are 4 TV’s (each with DVD players), an electric grill, and a deck overlooking the water.

The condo includes a full kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace and a deck. The complex features two outdoor pools, a playground and a pavilion with public grill. There is on-site boat launching, trailer parking, and one boat slip is included (size varies/by request) at no additional cost when renting this condo.

Great LOZ vacation spot

Great resort. Perfect for our families! Had trouble with the AC when we arrived & it was quickly fixed. Highly recommend staying here!

Great Memories!

I loved everything from the view to the screened in porch. It was a pleasant surprise. It was better than I expected and that rarely happens these days. The view was beautiful and the cove was quiet. It will be my go to place from now on. Thanks for the hospitality!

The place was wonderful. Plenty of room for our group of 7. So nice to have a big screened in porch! Convenient location and close to the Hiway. Great time swimming off the dock.

Fantastic Condo, Perfect Location

This condo is fantastic! The decor, furnishings, beds/bedding and linens were all nicer than what I'm used to in a rental unit. The screened in balcony overlooks a quiet inlet of the lake, and we swam off of the docks behind the building without any issues. The location is very central and close to the outlet mall. My whole group agreed that we would gladly stay here again.
