The Bluff House is located in the exclusive Estates section of Margaritaville resort and is famous for having some of the best views of the lake. There is nothing like watching an Ozark sunset from one of our three decks or relaxing with a glass of wine in our hottub.
Our home is designed to accomodate large groups and families. Every one of our bedrooms is spacious and offers comfortable beds, private sitting area, in room television and a private deck. Every bedroom has their own private bathroom as well. You will appreciate the large open living room and dining room area as well as one of the only sunrooms in a home on Margaritaville that allows for 180 degree views of the lake.
Our kitchen is well stocked with all of the items that you need to prepare meals and a grill is provided as well as ample outdoor seating so you can enjoy your time at the lake.
You will see why our guests come back year after year.
Our home is located in the Estates section of Margaritaville and guests have access to the community outdoor pools from May-September. Additionally, for additional fees guests can contact the resort and utilize their Jolly Mon Indoor Waterpark, bowling alley, miniature golf, spa, arcade, billards bar, horse riding stables, fitness center, the Landshark bar with swimup bar and beach, and three other dining restaurants. The resort offers several other outdoor pools that are available seasonally as directed by the resort. If you are a golfer you will be in heaven with access to a 9 hole and 18 hole Championship Golf Course.
If you are bringing a boat there is a convenient unloading area as you enter the resort and you can rent a boat slip at Margaritaville during your stay. They also offer onsite boat, jet ski and paddle boat rentals. Our house is located at the 25 MM in the center of everything.
There is parking for four vehicles and additional parking available at designated resort lots.

Wonderful home with gorgeous lake views. All 3 bedrooms were very spacious. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and cookware. Irma and Richard were very thoughtful and responsive hosts. We will definately visit again.

The perfect stay in LOZ!
House was beautiful and well-located. Plenty of beds and room for a large group to relax after boating all day. Very clean and well cared for. Irma and Richard were very friendly and responsive hosts. Great stay!

Great house to stay with an amazing view
Owners were amazing and very welcoming to their home with leaving us a surprise at check in and very responsive in communicating with us. Would definitely visit again.

The house is amazing and was the perfect setup for our family. Irma and Richard were so kind and incredibly responsive. Even had little gifts ready for the kids when we got there that made the start to our stay feel so welcomed! I would highly recommend. Great location as well!

Another Amazing Stay at The Bluff House
This was my second stay at the Bluff House, and it was just as incredible as the first. The home is beautiful, with unbeatable views and close proximity to all Margaritaville has to offer. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful—leaving us a sweet welcome gift. We had the absolute best time and hope to come back next summer!

This property offers some of the most stunning views of the main channel. Watching the sunset from this location is absolutely breathtaking and that is why it is referred to as "The Bluff House". Additionally, the location is in the heart of everything there is to do at the lake and is minutes from the main Margaritaville resort with lots of amenities and fun. It offer large private spaces for everyone in your group and a large living room and multiple decks to truly enjoy the lake. Don't forget the hot-tub, this is always a great way to relax and unwind after a day out at the lake.

The lakeview is unmatched, the location is perfect as it is in the center of the action and don't forget the amazing hot-tub and pool table. I have a Guidebook on the table for local entertainment and things to do :-)
