Other Things to Note:

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. In accordance with the building's parking policy, large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in.



Below are examples of vehicles that will be turned away:



1. Vehicles with breathalyzer devices, makeshift or unsafe modifications, or faulty braking systems.

2. Oversized vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, or any vehicle taller than 6'8" (including 10-passenger vans or larger).

3. Dually trucks, service vehicles with wide wheels, tool lockers, or external containers, which are too difficult to navigate within the garage.

4. Vehicles with aftermarket lift kits or custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles—unless they feature car-style controls.



**Pet Policy:**

Pets are allowed based on size and must be approved in advance to avoid cancellation. A non-refundable cleaning fee applies:



* Stays of 1–4 nights: \$35 per night, per pet

* Stays of 5–29 nights: \$250 per pet

* Stays of 30+ nights: \$400 per pet

* We are not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.

* Guest identity verification is required prior to check-in. This may include submitting a government-issued photo ID, verifying your contact details, completing our secure verification process, and potentially undergoing a background check. This information is used solely for screening and is not stored or reused.

* A signed rental agreement is mandatory. By booking, you agree to:



* Follow all rental terms and conditions

* Submit valid ID before check-in

* Complete a background check, if required

* Finish the verification process to receive check-in instructions



Please complete all verification steps within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day reservations). Bookings that fail to meet verification requirements may be canceled.



**Security:**

Hallways are monitored with security cameras, and a Minut device is installed in the unit to track noise levels for safety and compliance.



A $55 Damage Protection Program is added per booking and covers up to $150 in accidental damages.
