Nuestro condominio tiene TODO lo que necesita para sentirse como en casa. Está decorado con buen gusto, limpio y ofrece una gran vista! Nuestro condominio tiene capacidad para hasta 12 huéspedes. A menudo tenemos grupos más pequeños con 6 personas o menos que disfrutan de la habitación extra que ofrece el condominio.

Estamos ubicados en el corazón de Osage Beach en el muy popular complejo de condominios LEDGES. Hay dos piscinas para disfrutar. Uno que se puede ver desde el balcón y otro en el punto con una increíble vista de 10 millas del canal principal. También hay una playa de arena que se encuentra en una cala tranquila para disfrutar.

Si va a traer pequeños, puede usar la silla alta, las barandas y el parque infantil en el condominio. ¡También hay muchas películas, juguetes y juegos de mesa para la diversión familiar!

La cocina está totalmente equipada con nevera, lavavajillas, fogones y microondas. Están llenos de todas las cosas que necesitará, como utensilios de cocina, ollas, sartenes, platos, tazas, tostadora, licuadora y cafetera.

El condominio también está equipado con una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo. Se proporcionan todas las sábanas.

¡Puedes dormir cómodamente a 12 personas! Hay dos dormitorios y dos baños completos en el nivel principal y un altillo arriba junto con un tercer dormitorio y otro baño completo.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen y baño completo privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas matrimoniales y una litera completa junto con un baño completo adyacente. Subiendo un tramo de escaleras, el loft tiene una cama queen y un futón. El tercer dormitorio en el piso de arriba ofrece una litera completa con una cama completa en la parte inferior y una cama completa en la parte superior. También hay un tercer baño completo en la habitación del segundo piso.

La sala de estar tiene un techo abovedado, TV, VCR y reproductor de DVD. También hay un patio con una parrilla de gas y muebles de patio que da a una de las piscinas.

Jennifer was great and easy to contact about anything we needed and shopped us a new coffee pot immediately when ours was broken upon arrival. Kids had a great time! Nice location!

July 4th weekend

Very comfortable and upgraded from pictures posted. Well kept. Did get a little warm around 2-5pm but wasn't really a issue. Fans in every room. Our group of 11 was comfortable and had the best time. Thank you to the owners.

Great, relaxing stay.

We have no complaints about this property itself. We had an amazing time, the condo was AMAZING, our view was pretty, it was quiet consistently, and the rooms were great! The swim beach was great, extremely family friendly & clean. The only complaint I’d have was the pool had a lot of chlorine in it, it made our skin feel slimy afterwards but nothing a good rinse couldn’t fix! We were extremely pleased with the entirety of our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the lake!

Great Time at the Lake!

Condo was great it had more than enough room for 10 of us. 4 adults and 5 kids ages from 9-15. The pool right on location was a big plus used it a lot more than we had thought. Very close to a lot of eating and entertainment. Couldn’t be happier. Lots of great memories made.

Lovely condo and resort property

A+ stay. Condo was clean and spacious. Space for 14 to sleep and three full bathrooms was a huge plus for our group. Right in the middle of several Lake of the Ozarks attractions (Bridal Cave, Celebration Cruises, Adrenaline Ziplines, downtown district) which made it perfect for daytime excursions. Pool is right outside the property and quite close to the beach and boat slips. Owner was available for questions and was very kind and helpful. Plenty of towels, bedding, toilet paper, dish soap, and paper towels for our large group’s 4-day stay. Thank you again!

More pros then cons

This was a great family and friends get away. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The only cons: We were not aware of the condo being on the 4th floor which made that hike very difficult for my 75 year old momma. The outdoor stair case was very shaky (but this is not controlled by the home owner)

Great location for our family reunion

First of all Jen was wonderful!!! We found out that there were a number of stairs and would have preferred a place on a lower level. Jen spent a lot of time checking with other owners to see if there was someplace that would work for us. Unfortunately with the size of our group there wasn't another place large enough. The space, three bedrooms, loft and three full bathrooms, was great for us. The only downside, outside of all the stairs, was that we felt the place could use a few updates.

Family vacation from Wisconsin

Party of 7 had a great vacation in Lake of the Ozarks! Home suited us well as there was a full size bed for everyone. Nice touches with TP, paper towel, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc was supplied! Nice proximity to the pool and beach! We went to the pools every day! Centrally located to all the fun things in the area as well. Walmart will deliver groceries to the unit so that was helpful not having to carry it all up the steps! Just a couple of suggestions: more pans for cooking on the stove top. There wasnt a big fry pan so we had to cook between 2 smaller ones. Thankfully there was am electric fry pan and crock pot. A couple of more chairs available for the deck so all could sit instead of just 4 of us. Overall, lovely location and we enjoyed our time so very much! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

As Advertised

We enjoyed our stay. Was as advertised. Host was responsive. Lots of towels available and plenty of space for our family. Some feedback would be that the AC has a hard time keeping up. Sometimes would get up to nearly 80 degrees in the condo in the afternoons and early evenings even trying to keep everything closed up tight and curtains closed. Also, most of the beds are pretty firm. Would be awesome to have a few more amenities in the kitchen like a pair of scissors, a scrubber for washing dishes and an air fryer. It was too hot in the condo (because of the lacking AC) to use the oven and we had planned to make meals at the condo. The outdoor grill took a long time to heat up and cook meat thoroughly. Lastly, there is a bathtub but the stopper doesn't work or is broken. Couldn't bath the toddler in our group so had to shower instead. Overall had a nice stay.

Large family vacation

Great place to stay for a good value! We had the max number of people with plenty of places to sleep. The Ledges is a great location, nice pools and beach area. Jen was easy to get in contact with, quick and helpful with responses. The only thing we would leave out is the 4 flights of stairs to the door😆 Thanks for a great vacation home!

Spacious condo and beautiful sunset

My family and I had a great time spending a weekend at this condo. The condo has everything, can comfortably sleep 14, perfect for a big family or two families. The renting process was easy and the owner Jen was responded to my questions and concerns very quickly. We also were lucky to be able to see beautiful sunset from the condo's deck. We love it!

The Ledges

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was difficult to find a place that could comfortably fit myself and 11 friends, but this property slept all 12 of us with plenty of room. The owner was also very helpful with giving us information on the local area which was nice because none of us are from the area. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and would be more than willing to stay there again.

Perfect for a large family!

We loved this property and will be coming back! We have 5 children and another family with 6 children stayed with us. Plenty of room! We really appreciated all of the children-friendly extras: booster seat, high chair, pack & play, baby gate, toys and movies. It rained 1/2 the time we were there, but the kids still had a great time. The owners were very accommodating to our special circumstances and so friendly. We have already recommended this property to others!

Easter Weekend

We planned a spur-of-the-moment trip to the Lake over Easter weekend and could not have been more thrilled with the accommodations! The spacious condo lent itself perfectly to our group (my father, teen daughter and son, husband and myself) and it included many great amenities. We even found a bottle of vinegar to ease Easter egg dying when the Hy-Vee had run out of vinegar! It was super easy and fun to coordinate our trip details with Jen. The Ledges -- and this unit in particular -- offer outstanding perks, including challenging golf, convenient location and a clean, well-appointed home away from home.
