This Ledges condo is conveniently located on the 21 Mile Marker in the heart of Osage Beach. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that allow you to comfortably sleep 8. Enjoy the amazing waterfront view of the main channel and cove from a spaciously covered deck that includes furniture and a grill for additional dining and seating. You will have access to 2 pools and a sandy beach with swim area and playground. Our condo is a very short walk to the beach and entry pool. Boat slip is available upon request. The condo is located on the 3rd floor but only 6 steps up from the parking lot. The condo was fully updated last summer and has new flooring throughout, new bedroom furniture and plush mattresses, new countertops with bar seating and all cooking essentials included, and new decks. The open floor plan to the living area creates a great gathering space for cooking, game nights, movie watching and social gatherings. Enjoy your down time with free wifi that is connected to smart tv's in the living room and bedrooms. The master bedroom is fully furnished with a king size bed, walk-in closet, updated private bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo, plus sliding door access to the covered deck. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed which can sleep 4 comfortably. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed. Bedroom two and three share a fully updated bathroom with a tub/shower combo. In the hallway to the bedrooms you will find the laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer for your use. There is no need to worry, the necessities are provided: including linens, towels, hand soaps, toilet tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, fully loaded kitchen, and laundry detergent. Boat slip is additional. You are minutes by boat or car to the abundance of fun the lake has to offer nearby! You will be conveniently located by waterfront bars/restaurants, mini golf, go-kart tracks, shopping, wineries, Bagnell Dam Strip, boat rentals, incredible golf courses and the list goes on! Enjoy the lakes natural beaty and visit state parks, caves and endless water activities. The Ledges is also less than 2 miles away from Lake Regional Hospital for any emergency needs.
